Breonna Taylor ➢ 26 year old black woman ➢ Emergency room technician ➢ Shot and killed while her apartment was raided in March of 2020 ➢ The raid was compromised and poorly executed ➢ No evidence she was involved in drug trafficking ➢ Officers stereotyped Breonna as a drug trafficker due to her previous relationship and her race ➢ Officers assumed Breonna and her boyfriend were dangerous and would be noncompliant when they entered the home
