3 Week 3 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. The topic discussed this week was personal analysis and its role in our development and learning. For me, it is a method by which I can become a better person and be successful in my personal and professional life. It's a time when I reflect on what works and doesn't work for me. It is important for each of us to understand our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in order to grow. This process is a method by which we constantly work on our personality and behavior. Week 4 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. In the second week we talked about what we are going to learn in this course and what the main topics will be, and then we started talking about reflective thinking. I understand that reflective thinking is essential to our learning. For me, reflective thinking is a contemplation of the past and a method that helps me to examine myself. It is important to review our behavior and accept the failures we have had, but the most important thing is to be able to learn from them in order to improve ourselves

4 In the fourth week we discussed the type of writing we should use in our academic work. We need to improve our writing method, to know how to do any kind of work, for the future exams we have. A student must pay attention to grammar and punctuation and especially to the structure of the paper. The most common work I did was an essay, and I want to improve the way I structure my essay, because there are some parts that I've skipped so far, such as examples or references. Week 5 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. In the fifth week we talked about reflective writing. For me, reflective writing is a method by which I express my feelings and opinions about certain situations or personal events. I like that we have to do such work, not just academic work and it is a method by which we can learn because we have to reflect on something and draw some conclusions. However, we must be careful not to get lost in the details and still keep some of the academic writing.

Week 7 Please describe in less than 200 words what was discussed in this session and how you plan to develop these skills. Use a minimum of one academic source and reference this. This week we talked about another technique that helps us in our learning process, namely reading. Reading is a learning method used by all students. When I read something every time I remember something new, because I like to pay attention to what I read and take notes. I think this is the best development method for me, because I can approach different books, with different topics. This week the title of the course was plagiarism and references. When we use other people's work claiming to be our work without making sure to mention it, plagiarism occurs. Plagiarism is very easy to identify because, for example, if I present a paper, and then the teacher asks me things. From the content of the paper and I don't know, he can immediately realize that the paper is not original. If we take a self-examination, we will gain self-confidence.

This journal should be formatively submitted for feedback, via Blackboard, at the end of this week. In the eighth week, we talked about the skills needed for a successful presentation and what a successful presentation would look like. As a support, we had two presentations, a presentation in which bad things were exemplified, such as constant reading and inattention to the public, but also a presentation in which the most important skills were outlined, namely the way we present ourselves, the way in which we talk to the people who assist us in the presentation. When I attend a presentation, I like to get my attention and make me want to know more, and I try to do the same, because I like to be very creative when I do a presentation and most of all I like to use visual elements because they are the easiest to remember.
