We should try to separate the subcultures more in-depth to task specialization to allow room for those to promote themselves if they do not want to become a chief but offer another position. I would maintain that everyone knows the obligations they must meet while completing their job requirements. Also, to ensure all levels of from the chain of command stay up to date on pieces of training. The main thing I would try to restructure is to avoid the job's political aspect. Involving politics can sometimes mess up an organization. My goal is to keep my organization happy and ensure they are also safe. Emerson, T.
