Many factors, such as common ideas, norms, values, and social identities, all influence this influence. When we are part of a group, we frequently decide on the perspectives and actions of the group, and conformity evolves into an established process within the group. I have experienced an Uncomfortable group influence where a section of people spread harmful or unethical ideologies. When a group propagates hazardous or unethical principles, one can feel uneasy regarding their overwhelming influence. Imagine, for instance, that an inspirational leader forms a closed, passionate group that incites intolerance and enmity towards particular racial, tribal, or religious minorities. When that happens, the group's influence may result in prejudiced thinking and hostile behavior toward the targeted groups. (Philip Meyer 1970) In critical situations, individuals can come to accept the beliefs of the group or lose awareness of its detrimental actions to deal with the discomfort of being in a group with overwhelming influence. By employing this coping strategy, they may maintain their place in the group's social hierarchy while suppressing internal conflicts.

In conclusion, social organizations have enormous power and influence over how people behave and think. For some group members, promoting bad ideals might cause discomfort and moral quandaries. Individuals may respond to such influence in a variety of ways, such as active defiance, submissiveness, compliance, coping methods, or seeking out alternative societies.

Overuse of force or perceived unfair treatment can have an enormous effect on the public's trust in law enforcement. How we view "normal force" is important. Excessive use of force or perceived discrimination can have a major effect on the public's trust in law enforcement.
