It acts as the fundamental structure that molds an individual's approach, ideals, and mission in their spiritual service. A mindful philosophy in ministry serves as a guide, offering guidance and intention to one's pursuits. It encompasses strongly held convictions, shapes decision-making, and harmonizes acts with a greater objective. Gaining comprehension and expressing one's concept in ministry not only cultivates personal insight but also establishes a strong basis for proficient leadership, spiritual development, and influential community involvement. It serves as the foundation for successful and impactful ministry efforts all in accordance to the written word of God.
Teaching The Truth What Should Be Taught? In the realm of ministry, I firmly hold the belief that the Bible provides unequivocal guidance on the content that ought to be imparted. Upon reading Matthew 24:14 1 , I derived great satisfaction from the realization that the teaching I am tasked with proclaiming is based on a Monarchical perspective, rather than being influenced by religious biases. I firmly believe that there are additional sources that enhance both the reader's understanding and the Logos (Word) of God. Tools such as "Logos" are highly effective in facilitating in-depth textual analysis and enabling users to push themselves in gaining a more comprehensive comprehension of the text. Teaching should bring delight to educators, but we can find guidance on setting boundaries by looking in 2 Timothy 1:13-14 2 . I personally rely on these boundaries to determine what is acceptable or not in my teaching of the written word of God. Methods Of Teaching Through my approach to both understanding and voicing the knowledge of the word. I quickly or soon discovered that I have always been inclined towards perception through sight. As I matured, I consistently conveyed my teachings through practical demonstrations, implementing objects to 1 Matt.24:14 [CSB] “The Good News of The Kingdom” 2 2 Tim. 1:13-14 [NASB1995] “Retain the standard” i

clarify biblical concepts, Example being, Ezekiel 3 and the Valley of dry bones, I used bones as a way for believers to see what it would've looked like or sound like. However, as stated in1 Corinthians 13:11-12 4 , I came to recognize that as my understanding of the Kingdom perspective deepened, my demonstrations shifted, as did my teaching methodology. I consider exegetical analysis or appropriate interpretation of texts to be of utmost importance. Acquiring knowledge about the historical background, cultural practices, traditions, and religious beliefs provided me with a profound comprehension of the challenges The Son of Man Jesus Christ faced while spreading the message of the kingdom's righteousness. This very revelation is what brought truth about His Power versus or own power, I realized through this revelation that although I was teaching and even demonstrating at the level of my understanding, I was still denying His power only operating in form of godliness. See, what the revelation demonstrated to me was that there is a such thing as supernatural power, which I will talk about later, But in order to have gotten to that point of operating in true Power I had to have an exegetical understanding, because I began to see what I never saw or heard before, through this exegesis 5 . Sharing And Receiving The Gospel Conversion One aspect of ministry that I particularly cherish is witnessing the sincere and heartfelt prayers of non-believers for the first time. When I would have to walk a person through this, I always refer 3 Ezek. 37:1-14 [NIV] “Valley of Dry Bones” 4 1 Corin.13:11-12 [NCV] “a child to A Man” 5 1 Corin.4:20 [KJV] II
to Romans 10:9 6 . By doing so, that individual gets a comprehensive comprehension of the biblical explanation of our collective existence and salvation in and through Christ. An important point to consider is that it originates from inside and extends outside. Merely verbalizing your confession is futile if your innermost being is not prepared to accept it. The primary aspect to consider is the condition of your heart 7 . Subsequently, it is crucial to express your thoughts openly and publicly, preferably through confession. It is worth noting that a genuine confession entails more than simply admitting to specific actions. I instruct them that the term "to confess", is acknowledging and accepting that they are a sinner in the eyes of God and need salvation. 8 Evangelism Another key aspect to ministry is this gifting. I firmly believe that this responsibility is not limited to a single individual or confined to a certain mission trip, but rather, we are all encouraged to actively promote the teachings of the kingdom through evangelizing. The ministry of Evangelism should be mandatory and is most effectively exemplified by the Head (Pastor or Shepherds of God's flock on earth) and subsequently by others. I strongly believe that evangelism is an effective method for converting someone to a certain religious belief. When individuals observe your willingness to forsake personal comfort and familiarity in order to introduce them to Christ, they genuinely value and are even more receptive to a compelling testimony and encounter with the Holy Spirit. This immediate experience leaves a profound 6 Rom.10:9 “Prayer of Salvation” 7 Isa.29:13 [NIV] “Separated in the Heart” 8 1 Joh.1:9 [NIV] “Greek homologeo” “To agree with” III
impact on their hearts. Indeed, the text in Matthew 28:19-20 9 provides us with a profound revelation regarding this matter. The way in which a person is to evangelize firstly, is from and by The Holy Spirit, who speaks truth us through our hearts, if we have ears to listen to what He’s saying. The second thing I would say is being patient not everyone is the same. Thirdly, Listen to them, most of the time they will tell exactly how they feel about ministry, of God, or Jesus. Fourthly, I would say be available, or having someone available during those times they need encouraging words, or the Lord shows them something and they want to chase after him and give him the glory because you were available. My fifth step is being ready, your readiness is what creates urgency for no day is promised 10 . And while it seems insignificant, the Lord tell us through his word that the Angels of God celebrate over one soul that’s brought to Christ then we rejoice as well. Membership and Church Discipline Membership Regarding membership, I believe it imposes very little impact on me. As mentioned in the lesson video "Does church size matter? 11 ", It has been observed that larger membership leads to increased revenue, but also entails greater responsibility and less margin for error However, I am aware of certain churches that have smaller congregations than their counterparts yet manage to operate at a high standard every week. These churches, despite their size, lack accountability and 9 Matt.28:19-20 [NIV] “Make Disciples” 10 Prov.27:1 [NKJV] “No Day is Promised” 11 “Does Church Size Matter” “Matt Chandler, Mark Dever, Kevin DeYoung IV

are more likely to conceal their shortcomings. Nevertheless, irrespective of membership size, I firmly believe that the doctrine, lifestyle, and holiness of a church are more significant than mere numerical figures. Naturally, we all have ambitions to eventually possess a substantial ministry. However, I have come to understand that the Lord bestows blessings in accordance with one's specific assignment, calling, giftings, season, and level of accountability. I also believe that membership can is beneficial because it holds believers accountably when they come to hear the word of God, and it bring conviction through us by the power of the Holy Ghost! But if we forsake assembly 12 then we risk that conviction we need, to change our lives around and come to the knowledge of truth. Church Discipline Indeed, Church discipline is important, given that we, as members of the church, should actively strive for moral purity and adherence to principles of justice. If the church resembles the world, individuals may question the rationale behind embracing your Lord and savior, given that you behave similarly or even more poorly than them. There thought is I can continue to engage in sinful behavior without His presence. This is the stark reality that we are witnessing here in America. Exercising discipline can be likened to possessing a reverential awe for the divine presence in one's life. John 15:18-20 13 Revealed to me that I do not belong to this world, by 12 Hebr.10:25 [KJV] V
13 Joh.15:18-20 [NIV] “The World hates the Disciples” practicing self-control, you will consequently yield a significant amount of positive outcomes. As followers of Christ, it is imperative that we portray ourselves as disciplined and obedient individuals. Spiritual Leadership Requirements For Spiritual Leadership I believe that they must be in line with 1 Timothy 3:1-7, 12 Here Apostle Paul gives clear instructions to timothy, but I truly believe those same words resonates with us still today. I strongly believe that you must be Spirit lead, meaning the ability to see, hear and interpret the words of God, studying to show thy self-approved. Paul Chappell 15 summarizes it this way. Must be filled with the Spirit, Yielded to the Spirit, passionate in Holiness, Restorative in relationships, and Gracious towards others. But one of my favorite books is the 21 irrefutable laws by John maxwell. 16 Activities Of Spiritual Leadership Within any ministry, I firmly believe that the most effective action a leader can take is to serve. Adopting a servant mindset is the most advantageous approach to both expanding the understanding of God and exemplifying His love. Matthew 20:28, shows us that as an shepherd we must serve first. And in the teaching of the disciples, Jesus told them in Luke 22:24-27, that 12 1 Tim.3:1-7[NIV] “Qualifications” 15 Five Qualities of Godly Spiritual Leaders 16 21 Irrefutable Laws by John C Maxwell. those who are the greatest amongst you should take lowest rank. We must be willing to help pull people up and equip them for service in the kingdom of God. Conclusion Ultimately, comprehending a person's beliefs in ministry is of utmost importance for significant development. An articulated philosophy acts as a navigational tool, influencing principles, objectives, and tactics in the quest for spiritual and organizational growth. It promotes clarity, ensures consistency between actions and beliefs, and facilitates efficient decision-making. A contemplative philosophy not only establishes individuals in their calling but also fosters a unified and purposeful ministry. A strong philosophical framework enables a company to maintain resilience and clarity in the face of adversities. Ultimately, understanding and accepting one's personal philosophy in growth ministry is crucial for promoting genuineness, harmony, and long-lasting influence in the dynamic realm of spiritual service and community development.
