Abstract The handbook on Lead like Jesus Revisited instructs how to start like Jesus Christ guided
and continue to lead. The authors (Blanchard, Hodges, and Hendry) gave a decisive model in acknowledging worldly and divine leadership lateral by providing a divine illustration of how Christ informed and led his people during his physical walk. The partition of the book, divided into sections, grants the reader to benefit passages as leadership is specific and examined in the first section of the reading. "Secondly, The Heart of a Great Leader" analyzes what divine leadership should be by seeking the nature of Christ and by knowing if the Love of Christ guides you. There are some teachings on repentance and pinpointing if you lead with an upstanding, timid, or self-centered heart. The authors also wrote about the “being and doing habits” of leading like Christ. One of the most considerable and touching passages was about developing your vision and personal acknowledgment for ministry. The part on "The Hands of a Great" leader was thorough as we observed how Jesus' teaching as a carpenter made the way for him for
leadership. Many essential qualities of his earthly and heavenly mission discussed the learning from the book Complete Pivot. The book ends with different means in "The Next Steps to Leading like Jesus." The sectors summed up the book into discerning the character of development one has to encounter to be a leader like Jesus. The chapter has the person to evaluate their position as a leader. Many do not comprehend who they are as leaders because they do not have the right to own the description of leader, boss, or pastor, but when named "who has had a significant influence on their lives," few character individuals with that description.

someone is always watching us as a person to look to. Next, the factor begins with the study of the leadership of servants. This is the kind of leader Christ is; he leads by helping others. Yet, he was God in the flesh; he arose to help, not be helped. Jesus Christ is an excellent role model for us to follow. Although we will never be perfect
like him, he equipped a model for the disciples and his present-day disciples to maintain to encourage individuals to deliverance. As we begin to ponder leadership, we can see that we influence the behavior, thinking, and development of others by how they perceive the life we lead.
2
This adventure must start within our souls and thoughts; divine leaders know who they belong to and who they do not belong to. People grasp that their lives are not their own lives. Leading like Jesus Christ involves the arrangement of our hearts, heads, hands, and actions. "When those four leadership territories are parallel, our mindset is changed, we gain the people's trust, develop communities, and the organization's culture is transformed."
3
To lead the way Christ led, you must have a Christ-like heart. "Within your heart lies the ideal you do what you do; your heart is home to your purpose and motivation."
4
Love is something we must lead by to be like Jesus. To love like Christ means being generous, divine, and surrendering everything. This part of the book examines the aspects of the heart not adjusting to the Love of Christ. The topic of "
Edging God Out
" was densely mentioned. There are several ways that a person can "
Edge God Out
" by restoring him with other things. They tend
to put another thing in his place, "
Believing in Something Other than Our God
" and "
Valuing others as the Main Audience for and Sole Authority over Our Lives
."

Those actions can happen to anyone as we continue to live our lives and try to manage a way to unravel the concern and 2

arrangement of both things and people. Frequently, it may not even be willful, but when the thought is intended on something other than God, this is how God is "
Edge Out
." Another way God is being edged out
is by self-confidence and timidity. Boastful leaders are receptive, with their feedback on the dedication and having the thought of being better than the next person they are acquainting with. Lead Like Jesus: Revisited
book demonstrates that fear is at the heart of many profoundly prideful demeanors.
6
God has given us the power to know fear but not to the degree of
noxiousness. The book's writers provided significant information on the "Being and Doing" role of being/becoming a leader. "Being" ideology covers the understanding of prayer, detachment, and the obligation for them. It included how and when we must apply the text to our daily lives—
even achieving and cultivating sustenance relationships by having Truth Tellers and accountability partners.
7
It is imperative to have individuals who know your capabilities and will tell you when something is wrong by doing it with love. "Doing" ideology is simple; as a leader, one must be willing to express grace/mercy, compassion, inspiration, and be faithful to our God.
Generally speaking, this book was an intensive model for learning the way Christ has led.
For each category and unit, there is something we can learn and help with our life and church ministry. Some roles someone may need to demonstrate themselves as an individual leading like Christ include mindset and how we correspond. The teachings on keeping a leader and how Jesus
the carpenter groomed him for Jesus Christ as the head leader and chief apostle. The connection of both roles implemented understanding into composing something extraordinary from something small. As we continue to study Lead like Jesus

discussions sanction the person's time for reflection and determine where the person is on the pathway to being like Jesus's leading.
Concrete Response I grew up in a church that offer a few possibilities to encounter the many standards of leaders. As I matured in my connection with Jesus Christ, I became capable of understanding the compassion I had while going to certain church services. I grew up in a Baptist church and later moved from Baptist; there were endless things Baptist people could not do. Many pastors openly rebuke the congregation while on the podium, but they teach the congregation they must love everyone. They preached from the Bible. The preachers back then did not seem to be boastful about the things they had; they would teach the members how they could receive as well. But I noticed a lot of that is not taught in churches; the preacher talks about how they are blessed and teaches the members how they can be blessed as well. Many of those church leaders suggested they had forgotten the life-changing phase of transforming into Christ-like leaders where the passion of Christ was in their nature. Some do not present as servant leaders, but they are guided from a higher standing, but not like Christ Jesus, who led from those people. From that understanding, I accomplished much about what we were not supposed to do. Through this reading, I have cultivated the necessary ways and sections that I need to work on to continue to lead Christ-like. Reflection

A few inquiries came to me amid learning about leading with compassion and the know-
how of whether you are leading the right way like Christ. Countless leaders do not realize or have never matured on what love genuinely is. Although some may learn the holy Bible and interpret the Love of God, some individuals have never learned that, and they sense that what they are doing is what Jesus Christ did. I understand they have more modernism established on what was heard, in contrast to analyzing God's word and ensuring the progression of work on their love and personal man. Because they are pastors/teachers in the ministry, some leaders often believe God has chosen just as they tend to. How can a person know if they are leading like
Christ when sustaining the plans shown? I disagree with this; this is the accurate approach, but from my learning, I have seen groups of individuals continuing to lead the people in the church in the ministry. How must one try to get them to learn what genuine leadership is when there is resistance to proper learning? What can be the medium among those who accept this manner and
serve them to improve their divine leadership process? Some people are still closed-minded when it comes to how leaders should handle themselves, surrounded by different groups of people. All leaders, especially those who are led by the spirit, do their honorable best to guide like Jesus Christ and work on some of the weak areas. Action The actions I need to achieve within our church ministry are having leaders take accountability in the community. As a thinker, it is sometimes challenging to be around many people. It frequently brings uneasiness, but I am wise to the call I have on my life, which requires proper communication with all people. My gift is often exercise, the capability of understanding to guard myself and my spiritual contentment. It is necessary to have those individuals to hold a person accountable. I have several “upright people” who are my family and
7
associates, and they can revert and assist me by keeping my character in order. In my group, we often show love toward our neighbors, encourage each other to flourish, and always remember to
forgive, leave the past behind, and pray about new opportunities to make a change. Even though our church ministry is small, we consider ourselves a big family. More can be done in our ministry. For example, as of right now, our ministry is helping more in the community in March for Easter to draw families. We all are coming together for one purpose only: to be a help in the community and to draw people to Christ. 1 Corinthians 16:14 says to do everything in love. (NIV)
8
As Christian believers, we need other Christ-like people to help expand our spiritual improvement as we help them develop their spiritual progression. We desire the togetherness of one another to attain knowledge gained and reassurance. In some areas, I might be weak, and in some places, I tend to be strong; with the help of others, we can lift each other in those areas. Proverbs 27:17 proclaims: “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
9
In addition, another action I need to achieve is praying more. My prayer life needs to be deepened. Even though I pray, I can devote much more time to developing a more vigorous prayer life. Also, I can concentrate extra on leadership for guidance. As I continue to meditate on God's word, it directs his way and how I am supposed to lead others. Bibliography 8
