FAITH Justification by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ makes up the great theme of Paul’s letters to the Romans.(Gundy 2012)
PAUL’S LETTERS o In Paul’s letters that he wrote many times, Paul uses stress on the word of faith, and as he wrote in scripture, Ephesians 2:8-9 says, “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” (ESV). Paul speaks about the power of righteous faith and that clinging to faith can be so powerful that faith can lead us to salvation. Throughout the years, Paul’s faith becomes more than just a mental belief; it becomes his complete trust and commitment to serving God. 3

. Paul wasn’t one of the 12 apostles that Jesus chose. Some people said Ananias authorized him. Others accepted him just as a missionary that Antioch authorized. They thought the gospel of Paul undermined obedience because he emphasized salvation by faith alone. That’s why Paul began his letter by stating that no human authority endorsed his apostolate. He was made an apostle by Jesus Christ .
THE OTHER GOSPEL Galatians 1:6-9“I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel.” (ESV)Paul used to praise the church he was addressing before beginning with the main part of the letter. Nevertheless, there is no praise for the Galatians, just accusations: you “are turning to a different gospel. “He later explains that there’s not a different gospel. They had accepted the teaching that having faith in Christ is not enough for salvation, and that’s not the true gospel. o .
FAITH WORKS Paul is accusing them of being deserters. They left the pure gospel to join another gospel. The harshest words in Paul’s letter are addressed to those who were preaching salvation by works. Presentation title 6 20XX

CHRISTIAN DOCTRINE Faith is whole in Christian doctrine, so it has significantly impacted our modern churches. Our callings in Christ Jesus are many, but most importantly, we must have faith in God's promises. This leads to many open doors, whether blessings, healings, protection, properties, etc. We have complete trust and confidence; allowing the Lord Savoir Jesus Christ that His grace overwhelms us is how we are saved. o o 7
SUMMARY I am crucified with Christ.” “Through law I am dead to law.” “I am dead to law (looking at man as under it) by the body of Christ.” “I am delivered from the law, having died in that in which I was held.”( https://www.stempublishing.com/authors/da rby/DOCTRINE/07014E.html) The whole doctrine of the apostle Paul is, that, for faith, the Christian is not alive as a child of Adam, that he has been crucified with Christ and yet lives—not he, but Christ in him.
