Secondly, accurate assessment and sound treatment protocols provide a foundation for personalized intervention plans. Each child is unique, and a one-size-fits-all approach may not be effective. Accurate assessment helps professionals tailor treatment plans to address specific needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the child. Thirdly, these protocols help establish a baseline for monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions. Regular reassessment allows professionals to track a child's development, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and ensure that interventions are yielding positive results. Stigmatization and improper diagnosis can have detrimental effects on both the child and their family. Stigmatization occurs when a child is unfairly labeled or judged based on their developmental challenges.
