Written Assignment Unit 2
My submission
Instructions for submission
1. Visit: www.humanmetrics.com. Take the Jungian test
to con
fi
rm your MBTI
preference pro
fi
le. Reach out to your professor if encountering any content-
related problems, or if your perceived pro
fi
le from last week is di
ff
erent from
the results received this week. Do this early, to avoid complications and last
minute inquiries. It is important to read the FULL DESCRIPTION of the Jungian
test prior to taking it. When reading about the test, you will need to recall the
preliminary self-assessment you did last week when you established a four-
letter pro
fi
le that you thought
fi
ts your personal preferences. This is very
important for validity reasons.
2. Please proceed to take the test while ensuring a quiet, uninterrupted time.
When in doubt, answer the question as if you were much, much younger—
even a child. The reason for doing so is the fact that, even though we have our
innate preferences right now (or, at the time of taking the sorting test), we
also adapt to what life brings us. The test is a sorting test—with answers that
are either or; thus, recalling what was more natural and easier for us before
we had to adapt to life, family members, circumstances, di
ffi
culties, hardships,
etc. will work the best. Do not try to choose based on who you would want to
be. Answer honestly. There are no wrong answers. Absolutely none.

3. Allocate at least 1.5-2 hours to research the surrounding topics—as explained
below. Start writing the
fi
rst draft of your paper. To do so, just follow the
points 3-6 underneath. Write down your con
fi
rmed preference pro
fi
le
fi
rst.
Explain what it means in a business or academic milieu—this means
fi
nishing
the sentence (example): My con
fi
rmed pro
fi
le is……….; this means that in
business and school I am………….. and ………. Remember, you will be asked to
title your essay to make it interesting and educational for you and your
readers. You may start thinking about the title right now.
4. Write down an absolute opposite of your pro
fi
le and search the human
metrics, as well as at least
two other websites, for detailed information on
“your opposite four letter preference”.
You may want to give this person a
name and note it down. If your pro
fi
le is ISTJ (for instance), you will need to
familiarize yourself with the total opposite pro
fi
le: ENFP—in this example.
KNOW that person! That is to say,
fi
nd out as much as you can about this
person’s pro
fi
le. Explain this person’s preferences in detail.
Use examples
explaining your dealings with similar persons at school or at work.
Remember: in every point and every space in your essay you are to use your
own language. No copying and pasting are allowed (and they would constitute
plagiarism—that is a serious o
ff
ence).
5. Recall two di
ffi
cult situations from the past. Ensure that these are not private
situations, referring to your family members or friends. Choose a business or
school setting where performance was an issue. These would be work-related
and school-related situations when you had problems attaining the success
you were after, communicating with others, feeling validated or contributing.
Explain in detail what happened—why were the situations di
ffi
cult. Make links
with what you learned during the
fi
rst two weeks of this course. What are the
links? Had you known what you know now,
would you handle the two
situations you described any di
ff
erently? How? Why? Specify if the person or
people with a pro
fi
le di
ff
erent than yours were part of the picture, and if so,
how it impacted your feelings and your actions. Show o
ff
your knowledge.
This process of showing o
ff
your knowledge will serve you well not only
during this course. Remember, the day to start some changes in your less
e
ff
ective behavior already started!

6. Based on your knowledge of EI and MBTI thus far, write down a list of 3-5
strategies that you will employ, while dealing with di
ffi
cult situations and
individuals who have di
ff
erent preferences. If you choose to write 3 strategies
(and not 5), make sure that you provide more than a line of explanation. The
less examples, the more thoroughness will be needed. Use your judgment,
and make it show (explain what you mean). Title your essay, if you have not
done that already. Make it a signi
fi
cant and impactful title.
7. To recapitulate: Write an essay of 1,000 words explaining in detail points 3-6.
Reference your sources and use personal examples. Reserve at 125-250
words to corroborate point 6.
8. Be advised that the scoring grid will be based on points 3-7 (inclusive). Each
point will be worth 20%, so
fi
ve points = 100%.

My personal pro
fi
le is
ENFP
My personality falls under idealism
From my own knowledge, I see that the idealists are spiritual and lonely, enjoy a
long time and do their best to identify who they are, and their ultimate hopes
for true wisdom. All in all, I am a passionate person who
fi
nds joy in serious
relationships and in the world around them. I am proud of being a loving and
kind person and one of my other good qualities is that I am a kind person who
trusts others, who are passionate and a
ff
ectionate for romance.
That means I'm in practical terms
As a champion, I am always looking for existing ideas, individuals, groups,
products and services and their relationship to see what can be done to change
the status quo.
I always live in the hope of having a bright future, which in my view is much
better than my present, so the ideal job for me is that I need to let my
imagination go on and on.

My real reward is to use my vision of the window by people who encourage my
creativity.
In the work environment, I am constantly looking for opportunities for personal
growth, originality, and integrity. I am constantly seeking to develop myself as an
individual and to facilitate self-development for others.
As for the emotional aspects and relationships
I am one of the most optimistic people, so life for me may be a series of
adventures that give me more opportunities for personal development, wider
horizons, and enjoyment.
I can see the world with a new perspective in the eyes of someone else, and I
may share this new world with him. The magic of relationship is a miracle for
me. I may be kind and compassionate without limits.
The opposite of my personality
ISTJ
Guardians are characterized by their love to help and obey them, especially in
the performance of their duties, and possess high professional ethics that may
overwhelm them at times. But getting big rewards is their last concern. They are
modest and have little praise for their good work. Guardians are more cautious
than others: those who have this mood will not venture to engage themselves in
personal or professional situations without prior preparation. Their approach is
full knowledge of life, which makes guardians a life partner, loyal parents, and
leaders capable of maintaining stability. In fact, guardians can be the
cornerstone of society. They are observant citizens and willing to work with
others around them. This may be due to their love of companionship and the
sense of security that their group brings them. As law-abiding individuals who
trust the authorities, they may do everything in their power to achieve justice.
The best description of an inspector is reliable, whether at home or at work. This
type is exceptionally persevering and performs his duties to the fullest,
especially with regard to attention to others and attention to the projects
entrusted to them.

In his own calm manner, he will follow all rules strictly and respect the rules and
standards. Inspectors are the true guardians of any organization, so in any work
environment they are patient and committed to any action they are required to
follow.
Inspectors may be very social people, and as a member of this type, they are
often too talkative and of the type involved. They like to keep in touch with
others.
In general, the inspectors do not feel comfortable in anything exaggerated. He
speaks simply and modestly, and his clothes are usually practical and do not
tend to glamor.
As for his own space, he managed to keep his home and work environment
organized and organized in a traditional way.
Work and professional side
The ideal working environment for them is at maximum comfort when their
lives are organized, so they prefer a working environment that allows them to
create a routine that will comfort them.
Although they love spending time alone, they feel more comfortable working
with others.
Unlike other people, they prefer policies and a hierarchy that they are
committed to.
Love and relationships
Getting a relationship is harder than maintaining a relationship that already
exists for the inspector. They are usually more conservative than others in social
attitudes.
In the general situation of my life, I do not think there are major problems in my
work life, whether school or work. My personality is highly motivated for
forgiveness and forgiveness. I do not think there is anything more important
than a human in itself. I am able to forgive quickly and ignore all the problems in
front of people.

Actual responses vary between myself and myself in many of the circumstances
that he ordered. Maybe I will not sleep and I think about what happened or cry
on my masters because it hurt me is Dear on my heart.
First case:
Is a problem I recently had in my work.
We and my colleagues in a special group were talking about the misbehavior of
a person at work on a subject.
The conversation was shared by everyone and the emphasis on the matter was
clear through the opinion of everyone. It is not only my opinion.
However, one of the colleagues contacted the person concerned and told him of
the mistake he was committing because I was talking about him.
I do not know why she chose me to remember my name without anyone else. I
learned from the same person because he did not see it as bad if we discussed
the subject and exchanged our ideas to get to the bottom.
But what shocked me was that my best friend, He, talked to me without
mentioning my colleagues to attribute it to me alone.
My reaction was that I had withdrawn from the WhatsApp
group and wrote a
message saying, "I always make a mistake in things I do not know." I will work on
self-assessment and move away from the group discussions until I can adjust
my words "
Second case:
It was a long time ago. I was teaching children to those in kindergarten.
I was very happy to deal with the children and I was in constant search for ideas
that help me to strengthen my relationship with them and teach them in
amusing and facile ways at the same time.
After searching, I found a lot of learning strategies in the game, which started
immediately in the processing of the requirements with the development of
plans for implementation and objectives within a comprehensive

I told the department supervisor about the

Indeed, the strategies were implemented in a remarkable manner and their
results were distinctive.
But I found out over time that the head of the department had made the

The feeling of fear, confusion, and shame, and the resulting physical symptoms,
such as redness of the face and increased heart rate, are reactions of the body,
to the message sent and directed by the mind.
You must train the mind to deal with things in its size and not to exaggerate the

Yes, there is a balance between general and individualized statements.
There are three references in the reference list, all of them formatted
according to APA citation style standards except for minor mistakes with the
authors' names (exceding , in the second one, and the fully written
fi
rst name
of the
fi
rst author in the third one). However, the student failed in providing
the in-text references. At least I couldn't
fi
nd on the text. Thus, I removed one
star in this aspect.
I don't understand what the question "Did the author use approximately 250
words to provide and explain the List?" on this evaluation aspect means, so I
will just ignore.
It was interesting, but, as a matter of preference, I found very hard to read
since the
fl
ow of the essay was broken due to the way the student construct
his sentences. But this is just an opinion and won't re
fl
ect on the my grading.
Overall feedback
Overall this was a very good and well-researched essay.
I personally had a bad time reading it because of the student's writing style.
I found the text
fl
ow very bad, with sentences lacking connecting among
each other. Also, this made me extensively look for plagiarism, which I
couldn't
fi
nd it. I understand this might be a matter of personal preference
of mine, but if I've one advice for this dedicate student this would be to
work on the connection of his or her sentences for the next essay, and
therefore, improve its text
fl
ow.
Regarding APA: in-text citations were missing. You can
fi
nd a crash course
on this APA-related issue in
this link
. But please, keep in mind that the best
source for APA citation style related questions is always its own o
ffi
cial
manual. Also, check your references regarding the way you're presenting
the authors' names. Both second and third reference has mistakes on it.
As I said at the beginning, overall, great job!
