2 Bargas Family Report This paper will describe the Bargas family, who are experiencing particular difficulties. As identified by Mrs Bargas, the main problems include unemployment which has caused financial strains, a sick husband who recently had a stroke, and her daughter, who she believes has an issue in school but will not communicate. According to the three identified problems based on Mrs Bargas's report, based on a social worker's point of view, Mrs Bargas, first of all, needs a job which, as a result, will helpp in solving the family's financial problem. Secondly, the whole family needs to work on their communication as a family, especially communication between Mrs Bargas and her daughter. I will use the mirroring technique that involves imitating the client's gesture, attitude or speech pattern. The technique will allow the client to believe that I am empathetic towards her situation and also show that I am listening ( Knol et al., 2020) . The technique also determines whether the issues being presented by the client require consideration. Based on Mrs Bargas's report, she needs to meet a job counsellor. She also needs social services agents to assist with her spouse's speech therapy. Additionally, her family requires therapy to resolve the communication issue in her house. Using the strength-based approach, have identified various strengths in Mrs Bargas's family (Walden University, LLC, 2017). Mrs Bargas has working skills. On the other hand, Amy is still interested in having a good relationship with her mother. Mrs Bargas wants to save her family since she came to ask for help. There are two treatment plan objectives for increased desired behaviors, including resolving communication between Mrs Bargas and Amy and profitable employment for Mrs

3 Bargas. To acquire employment, Mrs Bargas requires an employment counsellor at an employment agency. Secondly, for better communication between Amy and her mother, they must attend therapy sessions to help them learn advanced communication skills. A treatment plan is essential, considering that documenting information helps in accurate planning and also gives a course on resolving the problem.
