2 Creation of Measurable Outcomes in Co-Occurring Disorders The co-occurrence of at least one mental disease and one substance-related disorder affects a population of over 10 million people in the United States, according to the national data figure from the Epidemiologic Catchment Area (ECA) study. Substance addiction is prevalent among a significant number of artists in the country. The musician known as Lil Wayne is from a distinct ethnic heritage that differs from mine, and my knowledge of him was acquired via a news story. Additionally, he has encountered the criminal justice system. The investigation revealed that the hip-hop artist engaged in the misuse of prescription drugs, namely Xanax, Adderall, Percocet, and Valium, with codeine and Lean. This pattern of substance abuse had detrimental consequences on his mental, social, and physical health. I will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as the chosen theoretical framework for facilitating therapeutic intervention with the individual. Levels of Possible Intervention Reasons why the musician engage in substance abuse Psychologica l Organizational Community Political The behavior began at childhood X X Peer pressure X Had to use drugs to remain active think properly X Social isolation X To fit in the society X X To help stop depression X The drugs were readily available X X Loss of employment X The Care Plan Implementing the intervention plan has posed challenges in analyzing the numerous factors, including Lil Wayne's drug consumption, social, emotional, developmental, and
3 economic dimensions. As an integral component of the therapeutic regimen, Lil Wayne would undergo an intervention to cease drug use and ameliorate his compromised state of health. The most appropriate case management strategy for Lil Wayne would be brokerage case management since it aligns well with his difficulties obtaining therapeutic interventions. In order to augment his cognitive faculties, Lil Wayne further engages in medication use and participates in therapy sessions. According to the grid analysis, it can be inferred that further organizational and psychological assistance is necessary for Lil Wayne to mitigate his drug use effectively. Implementing an intervention aimed at augmenting Lil Wayne's emotional, social, and financial well-being is essential. Based on the grid, it can be inferred that his drug use resulted from his profound sense of hopelessness. Consequently, he is compelled to rely on antidepressant medication to alleviate his tension and despondency. In order to enhance his overall well-being, Lil Wayne would benefit from social support since he has encountered social exclusion due to his sickness, thus leading to drug use. Consequently, to recuperate his well-being, he must have a family member near whom he may engage in conversation. An objective directed towards behavior and informed by trauma would include using present-focused therapeutic approaches to manage the patient's symptoms, provide psychoeducation, and enhance their coping skills to improve overall functioning and intervention (Segal, 2010). Therefore, the primary objective of Lil Wayne's intervention will be to facilitate a modification in his conduct, particularly in safeguarding against external influences from friends or societal pressures that may encourage substance abuse. Due to the implementation of the intervention, Lil Wayne is expected to effectively address his substance abuse issue by reducing his drug use and mitigating the associated depressive symptoms.

4 A trauma-informed, service-focused aim may be achieved by shifting the individual's emphasis from the issues they are experiencing to potential solutions. The three most critical interventions are implementing measures to limit Lil Wayne's drug access, addressing the challenges of peer and life pressure, and providing cognitive behavioral therapy. Lil Wayne, like other individuals grappling with addiction, may benefit from medication-assisted detoxification methods such as Suboxone, which may aid in mitigating the symptoms often associated with substance dependency. The criterion for evaluating the trauma-informed, behaviorally oriented objective, which determines the assessment of treatments, is the extent to which Lil Wayne's conduct has changed. Suppose Lil Wayne experiences a reduction in his substance usage frequency, an enhancement in his mental well-being about stress and depression, an improvement in his social engagement, an enhancement in his cognitive abilities, and a continuance of his prior artistic pursuits. In that case, the intervention has been effective. In order to assess services about behavioral-focused goals and service-focused goals, it is recommended to implement a written treatment plan that has distinct goals and objectives for assessing the physical, mental, and social well-being of Lil Wayne upon completion of therapies (John, 2011). Checklists and outcome assessments are supplementary monitoring instruments that help Lil Wayne assess the development of his treatment in a more objective and quantifiable manner. References
