What did you think about your results? I think the results were pretty accurate and expected, as I have been struggling with my emotions for some time now. 2. What have you learnt about yourself? How does that make you feel? I learn that I am too comfortable within myself, as I go a low score in self-management. I must be more open to change especially in this word. The test result showed that I have a lot of room for improvement in terms of understanding my emotions and how they influence my life. 3. What is the greatest take away for you after doing this test? That I need to spend some time developing self awareness as it is important for emotional intelligence. Once I understand my emotions better I can manage them effectively. I got a 7 in relationship management which indicates that I am capable of managing interactions with others effectively. 4. What do you plan to do to develop your emotional intelligence? To develop my emotional intelligence I need to understand my emotions and how they affect others. I can do this by looking at myself, reflection on my actions and emotions and how I react in different situations. After you’ve completed this activity you are uploading it in unit 6.
