Great post! I also chose Chloe as my case study participant. Something that I thought was interesting regarding Chloe’s case was her clinician’s decision not to include a BPD diagnosis and instead listing it on the Axis II. The clinician documented their transference with the decision, but it still made me question it. I also created a goal to address Chloe’s cognitive distortions! According to LeCroy & Lecroy (2014), the clinician created a script for positive self-talk for Chloe. I think it would be helpful to add that to her goal to help decrease the amount of negative self-talk or thoughts she is having. Once again, great post! Reference: LeCroy, C. W., & Lecroy, C. W.
