Lack of resources is another common argument is the lack of resources for teachers but also the

Part 2: Philosophy of Inclusion
In 250 words or less, compose your own philosophy of inclusion describing how inclusion
supports creating a safe, inclusive, positive learning environment to engage and promote the
well-being of individuals with disabilities. Use the articles reviewed in Part 1 of this assignment
to support your philosophy.
My philosophy of inclusion all comes down to it my job as a future special education teacher to
support other teachers as well as break down the barriers of negative viewpoint of inclusion.
Inclusion can work well if teachers are given proper training and also have the support they need
for special ed teachers but also that comes will support for specialized teachers like speech,
occupational, and other educational support teams. The main point is communication and
willingness to work together toward the common goal of supporting students in a teaching
environment that will allow them to be successful in learning goals. The article Teachers
Attitudes Toward Inclusion: Factors Influencing Classroom Practice
Â
show how teacher own
attitudes can affect the process of inclusion and how it works within their classroom which can
make an unsafe environment but if we change the amount of support they receive that attitude
will change which will create a more positive learning environment (Jane M. Leatherman1 &
Judith A. Niemeyer 2005). With that change of attitude, it will also show students that the teacher
as well them should be concerned will the well-being of other students who have disabilities to be
equal to the rest of the peer group. Overall my philosophy is that no one's inherent right to be free
from inconvenience and inclusion can be hard but can be done. All it will take is communication
among coworkers to support and adjust better that way to better encourage student progress
toward their IEP goals.Â
Part 3: Communicating Your Philosophy
In 250-500 words, describe how you might effectively communicate your philosophy of
inclusion to a school leader to build positivity toward inclusion and promote the well-being of
students with disabilities. Address how you would persuade a colleague who does not believe in
inclusion to share your philosophy. Support both positions using at least one of the articles
reviewed in Part one.
My philosophy is that no one inherent right to be free of inconvenience which I believe that why
inclusion sometimes gets a bad reputation in the education industry. Creating an inclusive
classroom environment that supports all students can be challenging but effective communication
with all school staff that are also responsible for that student's success. Breaking down
communication barriers is crucial for the overall progress of a teacher's ability to support
students within content that all students are required to learn for that grade level. Communication
can be done in many ways that can accommodate teachers' schedules as well as promptly as well
when processes are put in place to ensure success. Positive attitudes also create success towards a
common goal as well as good communication other education professionals also need to ensure
when creating an inclusive environment it needs to be shown with positivity so that students can
feel and know that their students are working together to support them.
Again it goes back to attitude toward the educational system and how it works toward student
success. After examining the article on teachers' attitudes toward inclusion as well as the article
Students with disabilities deserve inclusion the main theme was what was the best way to teach
inclusion Grieco, H. (2022, December 8). It will be the teachers who will promote positivity
toward inclusion and who know sometimes situations will unfold and be unpredictable but
students' ability to be able to learn with others is more crucial for their overall education. Sharing
my philosophy will help persuade others who might just see the negativity of inclusion not the
amazing side of a student feeling included with their fellow peer in a common environment
