Results Of Evaluation

The team should consider not only putting the results of the evaluation in the staff lounge of the assisted living facility but also making them available to residents and outpatients for a few reasons. The evaluation results may have implications for how services are delivered to residents and outpatients. For example, if the evaluation finds that a particular intervention is effective, residents and outpatients may want to know about it so that they can access the intervention. Also, making the evaluation results available to residents and outpatients may help build trust between the evaluation team and the individuals
served by the assisted living facility. If residents and outpatients feel they are being kept informed about the evaluation and its findings, they may be more likely to participate in future evaluations. In addition, all stakeholders need to be aware of the results of the evaluation so that they can be used to improve the quality of care (Wensing & Grol, 2019). Furthermore, making the results available to residents and outpatients will allow them to provide feedback on the care they received and make suggestions for improvement. There are a few ways that the team can make the results of the evaluation available to residents and outpatients. One way is to hold a meeting or series of meetings to discuss the findings (Perrin, 2015). Another way is to distribute a summary of the findings to residents and outpatients. The team could also post the results of the evaluation on the assisted living facility's website. This would allow for easy and widespread dissemination of the information.
