1. I used a combination of Google scholar and ProQuest Central for my search. Google Scholar was my first choice because of the many collections’ academic papers. ProQuest Central offers a range of scholarly articles, which are peer – reviewed.
2. My search included terms are Covid -19 vaccine development, Covid -19 vaccination efficacy, and Covid vaccine trials. In google Scholar I got about 3,000 results for Covid 19 vaccine development, which is highly relevant to my topic. ProQuest yielded about 500 results for Covid -19 vaccination efficacy , with
most of the articles appearing to be pertinent and scholarly.
3. An abundance of data on the creation, effectiveness,
and testing of COVID-19 vaccinations is shown by the preliminary results. This abundance indicates that it could be helpful to narrow down my study topic to concentrate on a particular area, like contrasting vaccination technology or looking at the consequences for public health. To improve the relevancy of the results and reduce the breadth of future searches, more
focused phrases like "mRNA COVID-19 vaccines" or "public opinion on COVID-19 vaccination" can be used.
