10-1 DISCUSSION SHARING KEY IDEAS ON MARKETING & COMMUNICATION PLAN
Key Ideas A community-based, no-cost screening program is the service I proposed. The marketing strategies of Bellevue served as the basis for the program; It's a chance to work together with the Community Advisory Board (CAB) to make a difference in the neighborhood. Internal and external stakeholders can provide resources such as medical insurance, social services, provider referrals, and appointment scheduling once the individuals have been screened. It is essential to thoroughly identify and prioritize the health needs of the people served by NYC Health+ Hospitals/Bellevue to effectively implement a free screening program. The objective is to close the gap between NYC residents without insurance. NYC Health + Hospitals wants to build a comprehensive healthcare system that gives New Yorkers the tools they need to be their healthiest.
Best Elements . The free screening program's marketing goal would be to connect every person who gets screened with a healthcare provider for ongoing care. The overall marketing goal of screening is to motivate community members more likely to develop or have a health condition to seek medical attention. Internal and external stakeholders can provide resources such as medical insurance, social work, provider referrals, and appointment scheduling once the individuals have been screened. A clinic's ability to effectively endorse its services to both the community and local physician will only be elevated by knowing where patients are coming from, the patient's demographics, age, gender, and type of injuries, as well as how effective goal tracking and treatment length studies are (Overman, 2021). This allows for early treatment or intervention, which lowers the population's incidence and mortality of the problem or condition. It is essential to thoroughly identify and prioritize the health needs of the people served by NYC Health+ Hospitals/Bellevue to effectively implement a marketing strategy. One risk factor is if the patient misses a scheduled appointment. This would interfere with the doctor's schedule and keep another patient from being seen since it would take time away from it.

Ethical Considerations The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Code of Ethics is a comprehensive guide that effectively unites and connects healthcare executives. To maintain the dignity and value of the healthcare profession, the outlined ethical codes emphasize the significance of carrying out professional activities with honesty, courtesy, impartiality, justice, and sincerity. Additionally, healthcare professionals must adhere to all applicable legal statutes and regulations governing healthcare leadership in the jurisdictions in which they practice.
