First off, it sounds like Sanergy has the right goal in mind for the audience they want to promote Farm Star products to. Every farmer needs fertilizer whether they have a mini farm or a giant farm. To have their audience already in mind is already such a great start but there are still a few goals I would like to touch on that they should consider. What business goals should Sanergy social media consider for the Farm Star product? Their first business goal that should be considered is their brand awareness. To do this they would need to start looking at follower counts. Knowing their follower count already will help them to know how they need to improve their reach. If it is really low, they may need to start looking into paying someone to promote their product. If this ends up being the case, then they will need to start making a financial goal so they know how much they should be putting into promoting their products. If they have both those goals, they can start getting out there. The more it is promoted, the more followers and cash flow will they receive on the Farm Start product. Another goal that I believe to be very important in their social media strategy is how they are promoting their products. If they sell to farms, they have a different lifestyle than a city slicker so you probably wouldn

t want to make them look modern. I believe that the way you get your products bought is if you can show them that your products are worth it in their lifestyle. Farmers are typically outside so that product might want to be shown being used in gardens.
