Answers Concerns as a customer: 1. As an international student I found the cost of $120 too much as it cost around the same pay as of one work day for most of us. Hence, will there be any discounts and offers for students? This charge is for monthly. And yes, there will be discounts and offer for customers who order over $100. They will get 30% off on their orders. Delivery charges will also free. 2. Will there be any weekly or monthly packages that people can look up to since it’ll be easier to book food for one month without worrying for food each day? Currently, there is not such services. But it will be include in our offers and discount service as the business grow and get more than 100 regular customers. 3. As an Indian from southern part of India, even though chapattis and curries are lovely, it’ll be awesome if you guys could consider south Indian foods like Idli, Dosa, Puttu etc at least for one day in each week. We are working to add different and famous Indian foods from North India to South and from East India to West India. The customers will able to order different types of food on different days of week. For example, they can order North style food on each Monday with some Italian foods options. And South Indian style food will be available on each Thursday. 4. Is there any chance to create a custom menu for customers? No, menu will design according to days. The customers do not get same dishes on each day. They will have different menu according to week days. 5. In case of such a custom menu how much would you charge as extra? No, extra charge will include. 6. Does your business allows dine in option to the customers?
Currently, we are running this business from home. So, dine in option to the customer is not available at this time. 7. What COVID-19 precautions are you taking while preparing food? Our staff follow each government and WHS precautions during each business process. Our cooking staff especially chefs are mainly focus on hygiene and other safety precautions during the preparation of food. Hands, head, etc. are properly covered with gloves and caps. 8. Do you use organic produce? Yes, all the vegetables, fruits and other ingredients come from different organic stores and firms. 9. Do you have your delivery services or do you hire other delivery services for it? We have delivery services. Our delivery staff deliver your meal at your house’s door and office. 10. At present, the price of gas is very high. So, in this situation how you can afford free delivery and still you can make a profit from it? Customers are our first priority. They would like our free delivery services at their cheapest order too. Many customers are attracting to our business because of our unique service. Regular customers and new customers are automatically make our business profitable. 11. Currently, what you are doing differently from your competitors to attract more customers? One of different things that make us different from our competitors is free deliver services at any order. Affordable rates, proper hygiene, and eco-friendly packaging are helpful to attract more customers. 12. What if you fail to deliver food within 30 minutes?
Our delivery staff are able to deliver food within 30 minutes. If they will fail to reach at your door in this time then we deliver at free of cost. 13. What do you do if your customers are unhappy with your services? Do you have any refund policies? We will apologies to our unhappy customers. No, refund policies are not available at any case. 14. The $120 charges you mentioned are for weekly, biweekly or for monthly? These charges are for monthly. 15. Your marketing plan mentions that your menu includes Indian cuisine and few items from Italian and Chinese. How do you plan to expand your business to attract customers of other ethnicities? We are working to add some more dishes in our food. Indian foods are the main services or our food. Italian and Chinese foods are choice of many individuals in our areas. 16. According to you what areas of this business are you facing most troubles and how do you plan to overcome them? The business is not facing any trouble to perform it operations. Sometimes, there is trouble in raw material supply. It can overcome by arrange a store in which materials for 2-3 days will store to effectively run the business. Concerns as an investor: 1. What are the areas that you would like to improve in your business if I intend to fund your business? We would like to expand our business in another cities. We want to deliver our healthy and nutrient foods to many customers. Secondly, we would like also to improve our marketing to reach maximum numbers of clients.

Bank loans and Raise Funds by Winning Contest and so on are some main finance source of our business. 3. Since you plan to develop your business in Prince Rupert, which is rather north of British Columbia whereas your headquarters is based in Surrey, how do you plan to manage both the business where physical locations are distant from each other? We deliver our services in Prince Rupert. Cooking, delivering and packaging etc. are performing at this location. But marketing planning are financial plan like operations and decisions are doing at our headquarter office. 4. Since Prince Rupert is a small town and the menu that you have prepared is exclusively North Indian, whereas total Indian population is really less, how do you plan to make more business without attracting rest of the Indian population? We are planning to move Vancouver where lot of Indian international students, families, workers live. We are also add dishes to from different regions of India to attract different community of students. 5. How do you plan to compete against healthy fast food services like Pita Pit, Subway etc. which offers less costly food and are popular? We deliver home-made style foods those most of the international students miss and can’t cook due to lack of time. It is our USP that helpful to compete with our health fast food services. They can’t eat Pita Pit like food on daily basis. If the customers have lot of healthy and homemade options then they definitely come to us. 6. Since the business is established in Canada, how do you plan to attract Canadian population to our services?
We have lot of Italian and Chinese food items in our menu those can helpful to attract these populations. There are lot of Indian dishes those are favourite among Canadian population.
