Good afternoon Class and Professor, Welcome to week two everyone! I really look forward to reading about the companies everyone chooses. I chose to look up a corporate consumer report of Microsoft since I rely so heavily on it at home, I was curious. As a consumer, are you convinced that this report is well supported with research or are you reading about an individual opinion? I do believe it is well-supported it is built as a full overview from company performance not an individual opinion. This report shows an elaborate view of what consumers would need to know about the company. Is the information that the company used relevant to the point they are trying to make? The information Microsoft provided is absolutely pertinent, it is very wordy though so it could lose someone. The company even elaborates on performance and what their plans are to do better in upcoming years. They also explain what they’re doing to embrace the future and what they are currently doing to make progress, i.e., cutting down on the company’s carbon footprint. Is the report well written and easy to follow? These questions are guidelines, please feel free to elaborate in your responses. The report is elaborate but very wordy it could be cut down a bit for someone to be able to follow a little easier. They elaborated more where it was pertinent but I still believe some portions could’ve been made easier to follow throughout the entire report. -Kristen Reference: Microsoft annual report 2022.
