6. Create a conflict management strategy that will be implemented during the presentation development. In creating a conflict management strategy that will be implemented in our team working collaboration, Virani (2015) defined how groups use mediation as a toll when conflicts may arise. Teamwork through conflict management is a key characteristic for effective teams. Gitlow and McNary (2006) argued how can implement “emphatic listening, respect for one’s different opinions,” respond to each other’s needs and produce conflict resolutions for win-win solutions if a conflict arises (p. 23).
