Review Strategic Outcomes: In this instance, we'll examine the strategic outcomes for the organisation in question by Gathering employee feedback In order to do this, a staff feedback form will be developed, and employee reactions to the change management process will be assessed using self-reflection to look at specific actions and their effects on the company as a whole. Therefore, while making changes and altering employee communications, critiquing one's leadership style is necessary.
