What stakeholders did Traszka and L'Oreal's management work for? By meeting companies that need to meet their quota and assess customer demands, Traszka and L'Oreal management catered for their customer's desires and wishes. The agency was responsible for local and global consumer needs in this case. The company must determine which goods are high in volume and which goods are not in order to carry out an assessment. Determining the selling capabilities of products helps the buyer to determine whether they should lose money and make improvements. Another area of concern is the staff, as their success plays an important role in the output and capacity of L'Oreal to raise profits and lose money. If one department is unable to meet its quota, the firm must realize that retaining unproductive workers is expensive and inefficient. The management team is another stakeholder in the case, as it encourages the productivity of the employees. Maintaining employee's skills can help them avoid needless mistakes. The managing director also needs to know departmental strengths to find ways to make his departments productive. Which values did the management of L'Oreal choose when they took the decision to fire Trzaska? The management will focus on safety and productivity as an essential aspect to ensure that the jobs are completed correctly but in a timely fashion. When Traszka made the wrong decision, he
could be thrown out, as he wanted to limit the time needed to complete the research. In this case, Traszka may be fired for violation of the organisation's ethical and legal rules and regulations and the business may be punished. When evaluating and designing patents, the organisation must then ensure that the patented product meets the market requirements. How has WH helped you analyze the situation? The analyzes of the WH system were new to me as I first interpreted and set the details in context. Fortunately, all through the reading of this week the material was highly insightful and helped me to meet the requirements. The WH Framework is critical when choosing how the management analyzes its departments for week areas. Also, the example in this chapter helped to define the sectors and needs of the department. It also provides an indication of every field that needs research in the corporate departments. I assume that this method strengthens enterprise top and bottom management capabilities. Therefore, if the company performs the protocol appropriately, it may have a beneficial effect: for instance, increasing morale for team leaders or employees pursuing improvement within the company. Therefore the WH Framework is critical for finding solutions for error correction, improving customer service, and improving performance. Now that you've put together the system, how does the WH System support company, decision- taking managers? The Framework allows the management team to understand the organizational need so that they can take a more organized and effective business decision while evaluating areas that do not fit
in each department. It is necessary to know who will be affected by the company's latest decision. I must look at the problems in general and find options for the areas concerned. What kind of decision would the WH Framework Chart help as a manager to take? I assume that the application of the WH Framework will help my potential carrier decide the company areas for the week and provide a solution to improve and enhance departmental efficiency and employee effectiveness. As a user of the WH Framework, I should also evaluate the effectiveness of the software in ensuring it performs at the highest performance level. If the company's software is ineffective and the employees fail the company would lose a lot of cash. The program also helps me assess whether the service the company offers is sufficiently lucrative for the company to meet its needs.
