Based on the self-assessment, two competencies where I would like to focus my further professional development are adaptability and collaboration. For Adaptability, my specific plan for improvement is as follows: actively seek out information and rationale behind new work policies and adapt to them quickly, see frequent changes in work assignments as an opportunity for learning or growth, and quickly modify behavior to deal effectively with changes in the work environment and not hesitate to abandon old behaviors. First, for adaptability in the work environment, I would be actively seeking out information and be rationale behind the new work policies and adapt them quickly to the work environment. To achieve this, I will regularly communicate with my manager and colleagues to stay updated on any changes and actively seek clarification when needed. Second, for adaptability in the work environment, I would like to see frequent changes in work assignments as an opportunity for learning or growth within the work environment. I will approach new tasks with a positive mindset, focusing on the potential benefits and learning opportunities they offer. Lastly, for adaptability in the work environment, I would quickly modify the behavior to deal effectively with changes in the work environment and not hesitate to abandon old behaviors. I will proactively identify areas where my current behaviors may not be effective or aligned with the changes and make necessary adjustments. For Collaboration, my specific plan for improvement is as follows: actively seek out ways to build good interpersonal relationships by helping people feel valued and included in discussions, make team or organization goals a higher priority than my own goals and often volunteer to help others achieve their goals or the goals of the team. First, for collaboration in the work environment, I would actively seek out ways to build good interpersonal relationships by helping people feel valued and included in discussions. I will try to engage with colleagues, listen actively, and involve them in decision-making processes. Second, for collaboration in the

work environment, I would make team or organization goals a higher priority than my own goals. I will align my actions and priorities with the overall objectives of the team or organization, and actively contribute to the collective success. Lastly, for collaboration in the work environment, I would often volunteer to help others achieve their goals or the goals of the team. I will actively offer assistance and support to my colleagues when needed and look for opportunities to contribute beyond my own responsibilities. To track my progress within the work environment, I will regularly review my performance in these competencies with my manager and seek feedback. I will also take advantage of any training or development opportunities related to adaptability and collaboration. Additionally, I will actively seek out opportunities to apply and practice these competencies in my daily work, seeking feedback from colleagues and reflecting on areas for improvement.
