Describe that statement based on what you witnessed in the video. Southwest emphasizes on how they treat their employees, they make sure employees are treated with respect, given the room for growth and create positive work environments. There hasn't been a single layoff off at southwest and they always put their employees first. This leads to employees loving their jobs which in turn leads to better customer experience. Better customer experience leads to repeating customers which makes all of the stakeholders including shareholders happy. Southwest also took a fun approach at management that helps them create a unique relationship with its employees. This especially came in handy, standing out in the industry, to have a low turnaround time, when compared to other airlines.
