THIS WEEK’S EXPERIENCES
Please answer THREE of the questions in the section below. You choose which THREE to answer.
Reflect on your thinking, learning, and project work. What brought you the most satisfaction? Why?
Although our project is in its early stages, we have successfully assigned roles to each team member. While I anticipated having more substantial progress to report next week, I have already derived satisfaction from the collaboration and teamwork aspects of our project. Our team members have seamlessly aligned their perspectives, identifying effective working dynamics and preferred roles. Moreover, this initial interaction has allowed us to learn about one another, fostering a congenial atmosphere where everyone has been able to share their experiences in management roles. Based on these initial interactions, I am confident that our team will function cohesively throughout the semester. Reflect on your thinking, learning, and project work. How
did you learn the material this week? What strategies or techniques worked best for you?
Reflect on your thinking, learning, and project work. Why
was this week’s content included? Why do you think it was important enough to include? What applications might it have in other subjects outside the field of project management, or in your life?
Where did you find success? How can you share it with others?

What made you curious?
Where did you encounter struggle, and what did you do to deal with it?
This week, our team faces challenges due to using two different communication channels. This led to difficulties in coordination schedules and cause confusion. I mistakenly scheduled a conflicting class meeting because I wasn’t aware of changes made on the other channel. To address these issues, we needed to establish a single, reliable communication channel and be more diligent in checking and responding to messages. And we did. What lessons did you learn from failure?
What are your next steps? Which ones will be easy, and which ones hard? What can you do now to best navigate the road ahead?
As the project is in its initial stages, I am considering the next steps to take. Upon evaluating the tasks ahead, I anticipation a mix of easy and challenging aspects. Identifying these distinctions will allow me to plan strategically and allocate resources effectively. To navigate the road ahead successfully, I can take several proactive measures. Firstly, I will prioritize gaining a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements and objectives. This will enable me to outline a clear roadmap and establish achievable milestones. How did you help the class? How did you hinder it? What can you do next time to better help others learn?
How did I help you? How did I hinder you? What can I do next time to better help you?
