Learner instructions For this task, you will create reports that outline your solutions to a workplace problem and plans to evaluate the implementation process. This task has two parts: Part A: Develop a solutions proposal Part B: Develop a plan for future process evaluations. Note: Assessment Task 2 must be completed before Assessment Task 3 is attempted. Complete all parts of the assessment with supporting documentation as required. Submit the assessment task in the required format and within the timeframe agreed with your assessor. Assessment conditions Skills in this unit must be demonstrated in a workplace or simulated environment where the conditions are typical of those in a working environment in this industry. This includes access to: technology, software and resources required to implement and maintain internal control procedures corporate governance documentation required for role organisational operational policies and procedures required for role. Assessment Task 3 (BSBCRT411) information relating to workplace limitations and solutions identified and analysed in Assessment Task 2 (Parts A and B) a computer with word-processing software organisational policies and procedures required for role. Procedure Part A: Develop a solutions proposal 1. Develop a written proposal outlining solutions to the workplace limitation you identified in Assessment Task 2. Your proposal must: a. follow a logical structure and include the following (at a minimum): executive summary, problem statement, possible solutions, evaluation of options, final conclusion/recommendation b. demonstrate the decision-making process you used to select a preferred solution c. identify and adhere to any relevant organisational policies and procedures d. use appropriate language and tone for an audience of senior managers and decision-makers e. use an appropriate format f. be proofread and free from errors in spelling and grammar. Your assessor will advise you on how to submit your final proposal (e.g. hard or soft copy). Part B: Develop a plan for future process evaluations 1. Create a plan to evaluate the implementation process for the solution you proposed and presented in Assessment Task 2. This plan should: a. include a list of checks to be conducted b. include details about when the evaluations will occur c. include details about who will be engaged during the evaluation process d. include details about how improvements will be incorporated e. use appropriate language and tone for an audience of senior managers and decision-makers f. use an appropriate format g. be proofread and free from errors in spelling and grammar.
