HRM 402 PARAGRAPHS I remember being introduced into data entry and analysis. I had completed a course in business and statistical analysis but I was unable to transfer the skills in the real world environment. Therefore, one of the employees in the company I was doing my internship was given the work to train and develop my skills. The entire process was simple and direct in which I was able to apply my academic skills in fulfilling the workplace demand. I agree with the details including the preferred style of studying and learning. I like the use of graphics and videos in learning about best approaches. I do not like reading manuals and extensive texts. I also like trial and error in learners. I realized that some of my friends require explanations and sometimes practical explanations. I am comfortable with the current training methods. I recommend keeping all the approaches because each individual has their respective approaches to learning and developing. The recommendations might include widening the means and mechanism of learning to incorporate the interest of other learners. For example, building puzzles can assist some learners to develop their respective skills. The following are some of the questions and answers:  What is the best method to study? The combination of videos, texts, and discussions are the best in studying. It enables the participants and learners to share skills and information regarding the subject topic.  What was your initial reaction? The materials were shocking especially when I started the course but after extensive researching and studying, I became comfortable with the texts and information.  How do you believe is the best approach to measuring accumulated knowledge Exams and essays are important. Writing personal reflections and open topics allows the learners to express their views in unlimited and unconstrained means.
