2 Stakeholders and Barriers Various potential barriers may arise while implementing an organizational project, and some of them are discussed by my peer. To add to my peer's barriers, an organization project may face barriers such as time constraints. Working on a group project can be difficult when team members have limited time to dedicate. Communication barriers may also be an issue because Poor communication between team members can lead to misunderstandings, delays, and a lack of collaboration ( 7 barriers to organizational change and how to overcome them, 2022) . Lack of resources is another barrier to group and organizational projects; hence, if the organization does not have the necessary resources to complete the project, it can be difficult to make progress and meet deadlines. Additionally, unclear roles and expectations present another barrier whereby, if the roles and expectations are not clearly defined, there can be confusion and conflict between team members. I address the barriers in my peer's organization in various ways, including addressing resistance from employees. It is important to ensure employees understand the importance of the project and how it will benefit them by providing clear and concise information about the project and its objectives. Additionally, providing employees with opportunities to voice their questions and concerns, giving them a sense of ownership in the project, and offering incentives for the project's successful completion can help reduce resistance ( 7 barriers to organizational change and how to overcome them 2022) . Leadership must be actively involved in the project to ensure its success by providing clear direction and expectations, resources to support the project, and offering recognition and rewards for completing the project. Additionally, it is significant to keep leadership conversant of the advancement of the project and any possible issues that may arise. Lack of Resources may be addressed by ensuring that all resources necessary for the successful
3 project completion are available, both financial and personnel. Additionally, it is essential to be realistic when estimating the resources needed and to ensure that those resources are allocated promptly. It is important to communicate the objectives and goals of the project to all stakeholders through meetings, emails, and other forms of communication. In my peer's organization, the potential barriers to the implementation of the organization project are different because, in my organization, leadership is involved in all the project stages; therefore, lack of leadership involvement is not a barrier. Again, the employees in my organization have the opportunity to address their concerns, which makes them understand the project's impact before it is implemented. Therefore, my organization applies effective strategies for a successful project.
