1. I think Gore's informal structure is very importtant. This structure is something different that I think is unique That allows everyone to get to know everyone. I feel like this eliminates diversity groups from different generations. This informal structure has to run smoovely in order for Gore to continue to grow. 2. L. Gore is an organic organization. L. Gore is an organization that runs with no hierarchy structue which allows people to tend to similar roles within the company. The company has no bosses, departments, or titles which is similar to an organic organization which is a flexible workplace where there is little to none of hirearchey, unlike mechanistic organization that has authority and divisions between departments. 3. I think that Gore's flat organizational structure affects their innovation at the company in a good way. L.Gore is able to adapt quickly to sudden changes inside their business. Gore's structure has few layers and is a breathable structure that allows for innovation changes at any time.
