Total remuneration package for a staff in Morning shift:
Rate per shift = $22.20
Salary per year = $43,867.20
Superannuation = 9.5%× $43,867.20 = $4167.384
Total remuneration = $43867.20 + $4167.384 = $48034.384
Total remuneration package for a staff in Evening shift:
Rate per shift = $25.40
Pay per week = 38hours ÷ 8 hours = 4.75 × $25.40 = $120.65
Salary per year = $120.65 × 52 weeks = $6273.8
Superannuation = 9.5% ×$6273.8 = $596.011
Total remuneration = $6273.80 + $596.011 = $6869.811
Total remuneration package for a staff in Night shift:
Rate per shift = $28.80
Pay per week = 38hours ÷ 8 hours = 4.75 × $28.80 = $136.80
Salary per year = $136.80 × 52 weeks = $7113.60
Superannuation = $7113.60 × 9.5% = $675.792
Total remuneration = $7113.60 + $675.792 = $7789.392
