The Organization Structure of Ford Motors Company
The organizational structure is a powerful tool for improving communication and
management's capacity to deliver on their purpose. In an organized organization, for example,
the corporation can specify their function from top management to lower level personnel. This is
crucial because management can assign personnel to tasks for which they are best qualified. This
will not only improve manufacturing quality but will also keep the operation as efficient as
feasible. As a result, the analysis will evaluate Ford Motors' structure, cultural practices, and
control system, which have assured that it achieves its goals at any given time.
The organization of the Ford Engine Organization is progressive, with the Directorate
being the most important level, followed by the Chief Administration Group (ELT), and
