Northrop Grumman  Northrop Grumman (NG) Corporation is a security services provider.  It encompasses, for example, intelligent agents, cyber, direction, control, intelligence, observation strike, and logistic goods, systems, and applications.  It has a diverse set of talents and technology that enable it to create cutting-edge solutions (Northropgrumman, 2021).  Thomas Jones, John Northrop, and Kent Kresa formed the corporation in 1939, and it is situated in “Falls Church”, Virginia.

Mission  Its mission is to be at the forefront of technology and innovation, delivering superior capability in tandem with maximized cost efficiencies. Its security mechanisms contribute to the protection of the country's and friends' liberties.

Vision  Its vision is:  To be the most trusted provider of systems and technologies that ensure the security and freedom of our nation and its allies.  It will determine the future of military from submarine to deep space, as well as in cybercrime, as the technical leader.

Four Functions of Management  Four main management functions according to Henri Fayol give as follows:  Planning : Defining Courses of Action  Organizing : Organizing Actions and Assets  Leading : Dealing, Inspiring and Guiding Persons  Controlling : Monitoring and Assessing activities (J. Gitman & McDaniel, 2018)

NG’s Management Functions  Planning is one of management's primary responsibilities. NG will not be able to manage its work until it implements a planning method.  Each operational sector works independently of the others, but is overseen by Northrop Grumman headquarters and communicates to it directly.  Every element of a manager's responsibilities revolves around organisation. Without some sort of organisation, NG will be unable to manage teams effectively (Wolniak, 2020).  The government of the United States, particularly the “Department of Defense” and the intelligence services, make up the vast majority of its industry.

NG’s Management Functions  It takes talents, communication abilities, and the capacity to encourage people you manage to be a good leader.  The executive leadership team, extending leadership team, and board members make up Northrop Grumman's business leadership.  The controlling role entails monitoring and recording development and performance in order to aid decision-making in the workplace.  Expertise and experience in guiding, planning, and organizing functions and workshops, as well as schedule formulation, control, and evaluation, are required.
