Part A 1. In terms of daily administration of work teams, transactional leadership entails taking a more passive position. The transformative leader is more proactive, and he or she is more visible in the day-to-day operations of employees. The transactional leader does not have to do without the aforementioned, but values the outcomes obtained above all, regardless of the experts' work methodology. Transformational leadership aims to alter the way employees perform their jobs by adapting to the company's values and requirements. Transactional leadership appeals to the individual's interests. The general interest of the workers or the organization is frequently exalted by the transformative leader. 2. One of the positive impacts is that you can positively influence your colleagues, managing to improve the team's work environment. Another positive impact is that it allows trust to be generated in the work team and increases cooperation between them, allowing to improve productivity and efficiency. As for the negative impacts, these can vary depending on the type of behavior that the person has, for example, if their behavior is petty, racist and in general it is a very bad attitude, it will generate a negative environment, affecting the performance of some and lowering the motivation. On the other hand, a person who does not collaborate and who only causes others to work harder due to their attitude or lack of commitment to work, can cause some to carry more stress, affecting teamwork. 3. a. Behavior above the line means being open, as well as being curious and willing to learn, it basically refers to all situations that require the person to
improve or allow him to improve and change his perspective on things a little. b. Use active methodologies, introducing curiosity as part of the process. Promote participation and cooperation, make them part of business processes and give them the floor, protagonism and leadership. It is also important to practice active listening and questioning, for this you should promote leaving the comfort zone and not fear mistakes, that is why it is essential to establish a leadership role and be the example to follow by putting everything into practice everything described. c. Increases motivation, productivity and effectiveness in teamwork. It also helps improve communication between individuals and improve cooperation between them. In addition, it promotes creativity and the development of new skills. 4. Reduces the time it takes to get products to market. Transparency is emphasized in the making choices processes. By offering a process for example path for choice making, it improves efficiency. New members of the team are taught to handle quick choices. Part B 1.
