Leader Identification: Winston Churchill Winston Churchill is among history’s most prominent leaders who led Great Britain (as prime minister) and Allied Powers during the Second World War. Churchill is primarily associated with transformational aspects (Reza, 2019) since he influenced people’s support for a national agenda. He displayed democratic leadership as he combined visionary and affiliative aspects to achieve transformational outcomes. Winston Churchill also utilized his charismatic capabilities to lead Great Britain during Adolf Hitler’s aggression campaign.
