This document is Workplace Feedback It is part of the supporting assessment resources for Assessment Task 2 (option 1) of SITXHRM001 Workplace Feedback 1: Observations show that skills have improved. There are few errors/mistakes occurring with their work and they seem to have greater confidence and happiness in their role. The team is working much better and there seems to be less stress all around. I have noticed that the coach has been checking up on progress and taking steps to correct beahviour/actions where required. This appears to have been a success. Thank you for the detailed insights into Sara's progress. It's truly gratifying to see her substantial improvement in skills translating into a more efficient and harmonious team environment. Sara's increased confidence is a positive indicator of the coaching's impact. I'll continue to closely monitor her performance and engage in any necessary corrective measures to ensure a sustained positive trajectory. SITXHRM001 Coach others in job skills 1
This document is Workplace Feedback It is part of the supporting assessment resources for Assessment Task 2 (option 1) of SITXHRM001 Workplace Feedback 2: Work output has shown moderate improvement. There are still some glitches here and there but it appears that they are aware of when they make a mistake (or are close to making a mistake) and they take initiative to work it out. They have taken coaching quite seriously and I think they will show further improvement as long as the coach continues to observe and review their work. Without this follow up things may go backwards in time. I appreciate the thorough feedback on Tom's performance. It's encouraging to witness his moderate improvement and proactive approach to addressing challenges. I'll continue to maintain a watchful eye on Tom's work, actively supporting his efforts to further enhance his skills. If there are specific areas or tasks that require targeted attention, please feel free to provide additional guidance. SITXHRM001 Coach others in job skills 2
This document is Workplace Feedback It is part of the supporting assessment resources for Assessment Task 2 (option 1) of SITXHRM001 Workplace Feedback 3: There has been great improvement, this person’s morale has improved and they are starting to believe that they can do good work. The time and effort put in by the coach is clear to see. Work output is fantastic and reports/observations from the team, customers and supervisors have been glowing. Their shyness is a barrier but with some further praise and acknowledgment of good work, is required to keep building this person’s confidence. This employee has a bright future ahead of them. I'm thrilled to learn about James's remarkable progress and the positive impact on both morale and work output. The team's positive feedback is a testament to the effectiveness of the coaching. To address the identified barrier of shyness, I'll implement additional strategies for acknowledgment and praise, ensuring a continued positive trajectory in James's confidence and contributions. This document is Workplace Feedback It is part of the supporting assessment resources for Assessment Task 2 (option 1) of SITXHRM001 Workplace Feedback 4: It is recommended that further coaching or training is implemented for this employee. While they were showing signs of improvement after the coaching session, it appears their work has slipped considerably in quality. It’s not clear if this is because they have forgotten what to do, have limited care for their work output, or just cannot apply the skills required of the work. Several errors have been identified and the employee does not know how to rectify them. Their efforts at fixing problems have not been successful. The coach has addressed issues with this employee a couple of times, but they have also been on leave recently and not been aware of the sudden drop in performance. Thank you for bringing to my attention the challenges Emma has been facing post-coaching. The decline in work quality is certainly a concern, and I fully support the recommendation for additional coaching or training. I'll conduct a thorough assessment to pinpoint the root causes of the decline, addressing any gaps in understanding or application of skills. Additionally, I'll ensure more consistent communication to stay informed about any potential challenges, particularly during periods of leave, and provide the necessary support to get Emma back on track. Your continued insights are invaluable as we work towards a solution that ensures sustained improvement in Emma's performance. SITXHRM001 Coach others in job skills 4
