Terri Nichols Week 2 Reflection 11/10/2023

Going into my future career it is a very good thing knowing how mergers, strategic alliances and affiliation in healthcare organizations work. A collaboration is when two or more individual groups or companies come together to work as one. They also work together to merge ideas and skills to achieve a common goal. Knowing how all this works and what the purpose is will have me well prepared for the future where it can be almost impossible to work as a company and being able to merge with others will help in many ways. Nowadays, the focus is on our team effort. Not only will this help the company it will also help the satisfaction of the employees. The positive effect it has on an organization, a cohesive environment is perfect for creative thinking and ideas and team players. I am certain that these skills will help to make me a better manager and a better leader for my team and others around me. These skills will not only help me and my team but also the company to grow and learn from everything that we must achieve. I want to make the company as fluent as possible and succeed as well.
