With a wealth of information readily available, making data-driven decisions is now common practice. How can CEOs best harness the available data to anticipate change in a global integrated enterprise? Why do you believe this is the best method? What other research practice options exist for modern CEOs? Explain. CEOs can forecast changes in globally integrated organizations by utilizing current technological breakthroughs and better utilizing the data at their disposal. The CEO needs to be aware of how connections are now made. Nowadays, many prefer email communication to direct communication over the phone and vice versa. Technology has a significant impact on how we communicate. The way people connect with businesses and one another has changed as a result of technology. CEOs increasingly consider technology as an enabler of cooperation and connect those crucial relationships that fuel creativity and innovation, refuting the notion that it is only about increasing efficiency (Berman & Costen, 2014). The ideal cooperation approach, which encourages creativity and innovation, is what makes businesses successful. This strategy, in my opinion, works best since it enables the CEO to be receptive to all emerging technology. CEOs will be able to use both quantitative and qualitative methodologies thanks to technology. Reference Berman, S., & Korsten, P. (2014). Leading in the connected era.
