Description In order to outline what work breakdown structure (WBS) presented in the case, I went through all the details about the project and tasks mentioned in the scenario and carefully took a look at them. In doing so, I created a list of project phases and then divided them into smaller tasks each. All the tasks of every phase were grouped clearly by phase to demonstrate an unbiased view of the project's overall scope and schedule. WBS develops a detailed and complete work schedule of the project's timeline and the expected outcome, which in turn allows the project manager to plan his/her activities.

Description To elaborate risk register, I mainly considered all the risks which may arise due to not going well with the implementation of this project. I measured and ranked each risk in terms of its plausibility and the consequences arising from them, taking special care to consider challenges that may be derived from the project, having regard to external influencing factors.

The recoverable risk plan I proposed involved the mitigation of these risks to give the projected delivery time and tasks an accurate outlook. This tool is a tool of what we call proactive risk management, by which issues are identified and mitigated right from the beginning to consistently for the project period.
