Project Charter Project Title: Future Technology Data Center Relocation Project Project Manager : Charles Parker Project Sponsor : Marion Hassing, Vice President of Operations Project Objectives Relocate the Future Technology (FT) data center to a new office building at Mobile International Airport. Ensure no downtime for FT's 315 clients during the relocation process. Upgrade infrastructure at the new site to meet current and future operational requirements. Maintain FT's trademark IT reliability throughout the relocation project. Project Scope The project scope for Future Technology's data center moves would be from the company's office building to the new one at Mobile International Airport. There is the putting in place and commissioning of one's infrastructure, the alignment of systems with third-party service providers, the tools employed for disaster recovery, the use of testing and validation for the systems, and training of the staff. The project also requires installing backup communication systems or setting up temporary alternative service centers to maintain uninterrupted service for FT's 315 clients during the move. Project Deliverables
Drawn up a detailed sample of the relocation plan identifying sections, stages, and executors. The new site has almost been completely reconstructed to meet the specifications of the latest development. We provided a seamless migration of all clients' data center hardware and zero downtime to our clients. Drafting of recommended recovery guidelines and testing results. Training of infrastructure personnel who are engaged in data storage center functions. Project Assumptions: Availability of indispensable resources, such as human capital, equipment, and finance, to complete the program in time. Relocation comprises the cooperation and support of different third-party vendors that are directly engaged in the relocation. Getting into the new office space and what tools and facilities I will be acquiring for my office setting. Compliance with the requirements and norms of activities related to the relocation project in line with the relevant regulatory regulations and standards for the sector. Project Constraints The project is bound by a limited timeline since it has to finish within a period of three to four months and also there is a budget limitation, as the estimated cost range shall fluctuate between $90,000-$100,000. Moreover, it is necessary to consider that the migration should happen without causing disruptions to FT's working processes and clients, which amount to 315 people. Therefore, the identified constraints force out

strategic planning for time and resources to meet the schedule and costs effectively and without delay in the FT service delivery. Project Risks The undertaking has several risks which may result in delay because of unexpected problems with the technical side or difficulty manipulating the equipment during transportation. Carrying risks of data being lost or damaged during traveling and setting up as well as on the companies supplying infrastructure components, it crucially depends on third parties to do all of it in time. As a result, if the preparedness mechanisms are unsuccessful, the service disruption for FT clients' clients cannot be excluded. The techniques of proactive risk management like strict plan preparation, regular communication, emergency re-planning, and close supervision of vendor activities are of paramount importance for risk reduction and ultimately successful project completion. 5 Approval : I, Marion Hassing, hereby approve this Project Charter for the Future Technology Data Center Relocation Project. Date: [Insert Date] Signature: [Marion Hassing's Signature] Statement of Work (SOW) Introduction The project for the Relocation of the Data Center in the Future Technology is intended to relocate the company data center to a new location with minimal disruption of service for over 300 clients; the project is planned to be delivered on time and without any decrease in productivity. Supported by the project lead, Charles Parker as the manager and the bot project backing from the vice president of operations, IT system reliability and FT's overall operations efficiency is the main objective of this project. The emotionally moving speech given by the actor portrays a personal journey that connects deeply with the viewer on a human level. As a starting point, this project is aimed at identifying factors that can ensure the practice runs smoothly to address its two main objectives: minimizing downtime and staying within a specific timeline and budget range. Scope of work The work plan for the project of a new future technology data center relocation includes the physical movement of all equipment data center business, installation, and commissioning of infrastructure components, the coordination of third-party suppliers, the creation of measures of
disaster recovery, test and validation systems and also, training of members of personnel and staff for the project. This component greatly deals with the continuity of service of the 315 clients for which FT lives. Scope provides insights into the necessity of efficient project management to complete the tasks in the predefined time and budget while ensuring high reliability as FT's standard. Deliverables Project "Future Technology Data Center Relocation" provides the following deliverables such as the list of all tasks that need to be completed and identify the timeframe for each, refineries at a new site, migration of all existing hardware without any client downtime, documentation of disaster recovery procedures and test results, training materials for all employees involved in data center operations. The final deliverables of the IT transition prepare the new site location for an effective transition while keeping the same level of operational efficiency, which FT has as its 315 users are yet to be reached. Timeline The project is expected to be completed within three to four months from the start date. A detailed timeline with specific milestones and deadlines will be included in the project plan. Resources: The project team will consist of the following members: Charles Parker, Network Administrator (Project Manager)

One team member from each of the Facilities, Operations/Systems, Operations/Telecommunications, Systems & Applications, and Customer Service departments. Assumptions We will realize the future technology data center relocation project by making sure that we have the necessary resources (workers, tools, and budget), we work together with third-party vendors (service providers and other companies), we can get into the new office building with all necessary facilities, and we follow all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. This initial judgment defines a framework for the implementation of the relocation project within the specified period and amount while satisfying FT's operational needs and standards required by the client. Constraints Although the Future Technology Data Center Relocation Project may appear to have some limited constraints the effect of these will be further mellowed by various alternative approaches. Among those are a definitive project plan within a period of three to four months, an estimated amount of budgeted cost ranges from $ 90,000 to $100,000, and the need to have smooth and uninterrupted operations FT's regular operations and 315 clients. This sort of restriction implies correct planning, and effective implementation, as well as the disciplined following of the budget and the schedule for FT to complete the project on time without any interruption to its clients. Acceptance Criteria : The project will be considered completed when all deliverables have been met and approved by the Project Sponsor, Marion Hassing.
