The user story value statements were really helpful in organizing the test cases. A good statement should start clearly, provide details, and have a clear ending. Knowing the end goal of a user story helps us plan the steps leading up to it. This way, we avoid adding unnecessary steps or challenges that weren't requested. The user stories presented were a bit broad, and some features overlapped. For example, in user story #1, the goal is to show a list of the top 5 travel destinations based on popularity. Then, in user story #2, the goal is to set a price limit for the displayed travel destinations. Is story #2 supposed to build on story #1, or are they separate? Should we be able to view the top 5 destinations and modify the list based on price, or just set price limits elsewhere on the site? I'll need to check with the Product Owner for clarification. She might need to contact the client for further details. I appreciate that in an Agile setup, my communication is primarily with the Product Owner, keeping things clear and efficient. In my experience with designing large residential buildings, my main point of contact is the project manager. They can provide information about measurements, layout, and price points. Sometimes, if the developer is involved, they might offer extra information or ask questions about work that hasn't started, or even try to add last-minute changes. Next is my email looking for clarification. Subject: Clarification Needed for User Stories Dear Christy, I've gone through the user stories and I'm working on creating test cases for the different features to figure out if the product works as intended. I just need a bit more info about how user story two fits with the other stories. Can you help with these questions?
In user story two, you mentioned the option to sort the destination list by setting a price limit. Do you want this feature on every page of the website? For example, in user story one, we create a list of the top five travel destinations. Is that the final goal, or should users also be able to customize the list based on price? Thanks for your time, Christian Cromer
