Hi everyone! The software programs I have decided on are QuickBooks and MS Access. Quickbooks is an accounting software aimed at small enterprises that a medium-sized firm may utilize as well. Businesses may manage their bills, keep track of spending, do project costing, manage inventory, issue invoices and accept payments, process 1099s, keep track of mileage, and link this subscription-based software with any of Intuit's tax software programs. Pros: Very user-friendly Able to be used with 3rd party applications Cons: Limited customization Cost Users are limited Microsoft Access is an application that is a part of the Microsoft Office product suite and enables both people and companies to easily manage and record data, produce reports, and manage reports. Utilizing this method has advantages and disadvantages, just like any other product. Pros: Because it is simple to install and operate, it is user- friendly. Provides a considerable quantity of storage. Simple data import procedure. Affordable. Cons:
Data is stored in a single file, which might result in delays and program crashes. Time-sensitive transactions are challenging to record. Potential security issues. Because AI is increasingly being used in systems and the world is changing, some businesses may now concentrate more on their customers rather than looking at data. AI is employed by QuickBooks to automate some tedious back- office tasks that may have taken a person hours to complete. Data is automated and made simpler for MS Access so that someone doesn't have to manually enter it all the time. AI has access to a wide range of tools. The AI may do tasks that would have taken a human hours to complete. AI might alter the way we enter data as we now do as it develops and becomes increasingly integrated into various systems.
