2 Question 01 My name is Chathurika Prasadi Indrasiri Ranpati Devage and presently I’m following Master of Commerce degree at CSU. My native country is Sri Lanka. I ’m a bachelor holder of logistics and supply chain field and I had worked as a management executive in logistics and supply chain at Abans company in Sri Lanka. Presently I ’m not doing a job in Melbourne and seeking a suitable career to develop my professional life. My hobbies are listing to music and reading books. I am a happy person and I always like to hard work. My strengths are honesty and punctual that is one my greatest strength which makes me more enlightened. Question 02 The following IT careers are forecasted to be high in demand as per the current requirements. (Anthony et al, 2013) Software Developer Web Developer Computer System Analyst Computer Programmer Business Intelligence Analyst Database Developer IT careers have more demand because, • They help to develop solutions to the cutting-edge and real-world problems and automate things around them. The requirement of these specialists will be very high in future. (Mulligan et al, 2012) • Also, they secure information and systems from bugs and attacks. • All the companies today are somehow based on databases. For that, they need database developers who demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Question 03 It is important for our career because the world is based on technology. Many new technologies are under development. Basic computer knowledge is therefore very important for each student. This helps the student to know how things work. Without adequate computer skills, a person cannot access many important aspects of their life. In addition, the modern world is linked to information technology.

3 IT infrastructure states to the hardware, software, network resources, and federation services necessary for existence, operation, and administration. It allows a company to provide IT solutions and services to its employees and customers (Peteraf et al, 2013). All large companies have a distribution of computer equipment from 1,000 to 5,000 workstations in their PC network. The simple task of managing these hardware volumes could be a nightmare. So, businesses and organizations, network service providers, manufacturing, banking, IT and money seek special administrative skills as well as ITIL and risk management skills to ensure a high level of comfort the infrastructure. I would like to success my life as a computer system analyst in future. Question 04 Data Chaos Creates Risk Data chaos often runs rampant in-service organizations. When apps are not well managed, they can generate terabytes of irrelevant data. (Hripscak & Albers, 2012). In the effort to manage excessive and massive amounts of data, there is increased risk of relevant information being lost (missing) or inaccurate that is, faulty or dirty data. Faulty data (IDC Market Scape, 2012). As per to (Hripscak & Albers, 2012) By installing Proper database management system to avoid the data redundancy, giving access rights should be granted to the users of the database according to the security policies and all the activities should be monitored by the database administrators and taking educated employees and giving training to them will be help to avoid above mentioned issues. Question 05 The first reason for the above-mentioned problem is the lack of coordination and exchange of data between the data silos. (Peteraf et al, 2013) These data silos are the databases managed by the department. Here, data from one data or information silo is not shared with another information silo. Therefore, no specific information is developed that can better support decision-making. As per to Zupic and Cater, 2015 the other reason is an incorrect method of data collection, which means there is insufficient data to provide information. In addition, data is lost when it is transferred from one information silo to another. This can also happen
