Task 1: Clarify Format, Style and Layout Email to Stake Holders From: Operation Manager I hope this email finds you well. As Operation Manager of Bounce Fitness, I would like to shed some light on the required guidelines when writing business documents. As we are aware, it is vital that the documents in business and any correspondence should be written well; making use of proper language as this will ensure communication. It is necessary to set a common format, style and the structure of our business documents because each employee will follow it. But such stylistic standardization is bound to increase the general quality of our documents and further demonstrates a single unified viewpoint on behalf of our company. Font style should be Calibri Light or Calibri in the business document. Font Size for normal text should be between 10-12 in a A4 paper.
This document is meant to outline the vision of our fitness institution and help it achieve them through a defined blueprint. It will be a reference to our team so that we are always on the same page and supporting the principles of our organization. However, as you know the fitness domain is extremely dynamic and therefore it’s significantly important for us to be on top of things consider customers’ demands. Being aware of the fact that, this document has been thoughtfully devised as a response to our vision and mission statements indicated in addition at it helps us remain competitive. A focus of a document is to mean the central meaning or information that has been captured within it. For fitness, our documents are rich with detail which provides much-needed guidance in allowing you a journey towards health and athleticism. This can be in the form of workout plans, nutrition guides and tips on staying dedicated. Bounce Fitness is happy that you have picked them to accompany in your fitness career. We are committed to assisting you in getting your desired outcomes as we anticipate the opportunity of continuing our support. Best regards, Shaira Pabilan Operational manager

Task 3: Use Help Functions The font calibri brings a sense of professionalism to the whole document, as it is minimalist and modern. With 10 points as font size text is comfortable to read, and it does not take up many spaces on the page. This makes it suitable for table creation because additional column and rows can be created without the page itself becoming too clustered. Moreover, the calibri font style has an established look that is uniform everywhere creating a formal-looking table which is pleasing to view. It has a comparatively good variation between the thick and thin strokes, therefore is easy to identify different cells from rows. In addition, a size 10 font is appropriate when creating tables that contain much data –
it provides enough space for information while avoiding making the table look overloaded. The font style and size are also good with diverse colorations and shading options, thus allowing the table to be tailored in relation to specific document requirements. Finally, using the calibri font style and size 10 in tables within my word document enables me to create a formal layout that communicates information to readers efficiently.
