She tries to include all students during the morning meeting. She is very enthusiastic. Her expectations are spot on for our kids. SHe asksed good questions of the kids during morning meeting. DOMAIN 2 COMPONENT 2C MANAGING CLASSROOM PROCEDURES - Small group work -Transitions -Routines for handling materials and supplies -Non-instructional duties -Volunteers and paraprofessionals Sam works best in a small group setting. She knows the routine of our morning meeting, and the flow of it. She went from one thing to the next with a smooth transition. DOMAIN 2 COMPONENT 2D MANAGING YOUNG ADOLESCENT BEHAVIOR - Standards of conduct -Teacher alert to behavior -Response to misbehavior She did well including all the kids and making sure they were paying attention and following along.
