These questions were chosen based on how the systems would be beneficial to the organization by presenting numerous opportunities for improving and transforming healthcare, which include reducing human errors, improving clinical outcomes, facilitating care coordination, improving practice efficiencies, and tracking data over time (Alotaibi & Federico, 2017). Intel is a bigger business with a longer standing and years behind its belt, while Alert is a newer, smaller company. Since Featherfall is having technological issues along with lack of communication, the recommended score focused on these aspects along with how the chosen company would interact if the organization had questions on the system. For example, which system would be easier to look at, use and understand or as the questio posed under lab 4
management ‘Can I pull up and review lab results within a few clicks?’ Having an interface that is simple would be a great start and learning experience for those in the medical center who are not comfortable with technology. References
