There is also increased operational efficiency that is brought about through the implementation of IT. I agree Information Technology has got numerous positive impacts on logistic service providers. With operational efficiency, they are likely to have a more competitive advantage over those yet to embrace technology. Revenue and earnings before tax are likely to rise because technology can help cut down on costs. I have seen many logistic service providers embracing technology because of the positive impact on different players.
