Anyone can submit a change request for ProManage Cloud. This includes customers, stakeholders, and employees. Change requests can be submitted through our company's website, email, or directly to the project manager. The request must include the following information: - A detailed description of the change - The reason for the change - The expected impact of the change - Any supporting documents or references. 2. Review The project manager is responsible for reviewing all change requests submitted. They will evaluate the request, considering the impact on the software, cost, and timeline. If the change request is deemed necessary and feasible, it will be moved to the next stage. 3. Approval The project manager will present the change request to the quality control team for approval. The team will evaluate the request and decide whether it aligns with our company's goals and objectives. If the change is approved, it will be moved to the implementation stage. 4. Implementation Once the change request is approved, the project manager will work with the development team to implement the necessary changes. The project manager will also communicate with the submitter of the change request to keep them updated on the progress (Koi-Akrofi et al., 2019).
5. Testing After the changes are implemented, the testing team will conduct thorough testing to ensure that the software is functioning as expected and there are no negative impacts. 6. Deployment If the testing is successful, the changes will be deployed to ProManage Cloud's live version. 7. Close Once the changes are implemented, the project manager will inform the change request submitter and update the change request status as closed (Li et al., 2021). Conclusion At our company, we are committed to providing our customers with a high-quality product. This quality document outlines the standards and processes for ProManage Cloud to ensure that it meets the expectations of our customers. In addition, the change request process document ensures that all changes are systematically evaluated and implemented to continuously improve the software. We strive to provide our customers with the best project management experience possible through reliable, user-friendly, and customizable software.
