In order to ensure that our customers are receiving the highest quality product and
service possible, we have established the following standards and goals:
Product Standards:
-All hot beverages must be made with fresh, high quality ingredients
-All hot beverages must be made according to the specified recipe
-All hot beverages must be made within the specified time frame
Customer Service Standards:
-All customers must be greeted warmly and promptly
-All customers must be served in a friendly and professional manner
-All customers' questions and concerns must be addressed in a timely and efficient
manner

In order to ensure that our standards and goals are being met, we will be measuring the
following KPI's:
-Number of customer complaints
