The Cloud Deployment Model can be viewed as a type of cloud computing. Deploying a
model might have several architectures depending on how much data you want to maintain
and who has access to the underlying infrastructure. The model's flexibility makes it useful in
a wide variety of settings (Calder et al.,2020).
Types of Cloud Computing Deployment Models:
The cloud deployment model, which takes ownership, scale, and access into consideration in
addition to the cloud's characteristics and functionalities, is what determines how the cloud
environment will really look. The location of your servers and who has administrative access
may shift depending on the cloud deployment approach you select. This paper will outline
your cloud architecture, including the parts that can be customized, the services that will be
made available, and the extent to which you will be responsible for constructing everything
from scratch. In addition, how your users connect to the underlying infrastructure could be
determined by their cloud settings. A classification of the many deployment strategies
compatible with cloud computing is provided below (Odun-Ayo et al.,2019).
Public Cloud:
The facility's resources are available to anyone, no questions asked.
Organizations whose clientele experiences rising and erratic demand for services stand to
gain significantly from adopting cloud computing's public deployment models. Additionally,
it's an excellent choice for companies that don't stress excessively over data security. So, to
gain access to networking, virtualized computing, and data storage via the internet, you will
need to pay a cloud service provider. It's also a fantastic method for getting the product to the
teams responsible for making and testing it. It's a good option for testing environments
because it can be set up quickly and deployed easily. Limits on Spending the start-up costs
for the business are low due to the pay-as-you-go nature of the service (Wood et al.,2018).

It makes it an attractive option for companies that regularly use various resources. Since
cloud service providers shoulder the financial burden of maintaining the requisite hardware,
there's no need to set up any new hardware. A business can save time and money using a

Private Cloud:
Although deployment data is kept on-premises in a private cloud, the
underlying technology is the same as in a public cloud. The organization can access all the
tools in a standard SaaS package and modify the software and app to suit their needs better. It
is possible to outsource server management and upkeep to an external vendor or service
provider and commission the development of brand-new system components. You may be
surprised to learn that the same company that offers public cloud services can also provide
you with a private cloud. Without the client worrying about infrastructure management or
resource sharing, a cloud service provider can set up a client-facing private cloud. Some of
the cloud's storage space will only be dedicated to your company's use. The resources of a
private cloud are utilized by a single firm or organization regardless of the location of the
cloud infrastructure. Itis what separates a public cloud from a private cloud (Odun-Ayo et
al.,2019).
A private cloud provided by a public cloud provider is known as a virtual private cloud, or
VPC for short. A public cloud provider hosts this type of cloud. Companies that require
access to cloud-based resources such as data storage, website hosting, and program execution

clouds, also known as VPCs. VPCs are also abbreviated as "virtual private clouds." Virtual
private clouds (VPCs), which give all of the benefits of traditional cloud architecture while
offering the privacy and security of personal cloud computing, are produced by isolating
resources from the rest of the public cloud and surrounding them with a virtual fence (Calder
et al.,2020).
VPCs offer all of the advantages of traditional cloud design while also providing the privacy
and security of personal cloud computing. Subnets are ranges of Internet Protocol (IP)
addresses kept secret from the general public on the Internet because they are reserved for
private usage within a network. Using a virtual private local area network, or VLAN, it is
possible to link devices without using the Internet. Virtual private networks, or VPNs, are
used to construct a private network that sits on top of a public network. It is accomplished by
encrypting the data as it passes via routers and switches. With virtual private clouds, often
known as VPCs for short, companies can scale their operations, add additional resources on
demand, and increase the performance of apps housed in the cloud. Virtual private clouds
(VPCs) are designed to take advantage of the most valuable aspects of public cloud
technology (Wood et al.,2018).
Hybrid Cloud:
The advantages of both public and private cloud deployment can be enjoyed
by businesses that use a hybrid cloud, combining elements of both cloud types. It is because a
hybrid cloud blends the features of both public and private clouds. The reason is that hybrid
clouds combine the characteristics of both public and private clouds. Integration and
management of multiple cloud environments are necessary for this process, which frequently
combines on-premises infrastructure with public cloud services. Public cloud services are
required for the successful outcome of this process. The standard order of operations is as
follows. Hybrid cloud users gain several advantages, including workload variation, security,
scalability, and management. Some of the benefits of using a hybrid cloud setup are listed

above. Users of hybrid clouds also have access to several other advantages. When utilizing
these clouds, users can gain access to and utilize the public cloud's resources for a wide range
of uses (Calder et al.,2020).
Community Cloud:
Some companies can now take advantage of the facilities and services
available. By combining the best features of different cloud providers, a hybrid cloud can
better serve the specific requirements of a particular region, sector, or enterprise. This can be
tailored to suit the needs of any of these groups. Groups can pool their resources if they're all
trying to solve the same issue or achieve the same objective. Typically, it is administered by a
neutral party or a coalition of different community groups. There are, however, situations in
which the management is split between several entities. The widespread adoption of cloud
computing has helped keep costs down for businesses and organizations. Users will feel safer
using the shared cloud, which is the most critical aspect of security. Integration of pre-
existing assets allows companies to pool their resources, infrastructure, and other support to
accomplish more significant goals. Working together and sharing information It’s a group
where members are at ease working together and exchanging ideas (Odun-Ayo et al.,2019).
Multi-Cloud:
As the name implies, this paradigm uses multiple cloud service providers'
resources all at once. Multi-cloud computing uses many separate public clouds rather than a
hybrid system that pools the resources of public and private clouds. While public cloud
service providers offer several tools designed to make their services more reliable, issues may
still arise occasionally. Even though it's highly unusual, two clouds can collide with each
other simultaneously. Using multiple cloud service providers will improve your services'
already excellent availability. You can choose the best services for your unique apps,
workloads, and business by utilizing several cloud providers—the time you are waiting for
decreases. You can improve the user experience and reduce the effects of latency by selecting
cloud regions and zones that are geographically close to your customers. High Continuity of

Operation: Two separate clouds being affected by the same event simultaneously is highly
improbable. The high availability of your services will increase due to the increased number
of clouds hosting them (Wood et al.,2018).
By considering their goals, their level of security concerns, and their available resources,
businesses can choose a deployment service model that meets their needs. A current
mechanism needs to be revised to select a cloud deployment model adequately. As a rule, we
will exhaust all other options before deciding that a cloud deployment model is the most
suitable for meeting our needs. We've outlined a few things to consider when determining
which deployment model is best for you. You can use the hardware provided by public cloud
service providers to deploy some of the services offered by those providers in your data
center. "Edge computing" is a common term for this setup. Since the edge computing control
plane, and sometimes the data plane, will be shared with the public cloud, it is reasonable to
classify edge computing as a subset of the public cloud (Calder et al.,2020).
In addition to trusting the cloud service that supplied the device, you'll need to have faith in
the security of your data center and the network on which you'll be hosting the edge devices.
Because your budget for these things is inversely proportional to their price, this factor must
be accounted for in the model for cloud deployment. The ability to quickly scale up or down
from our current state of operation is what we mean when we talk about scalability. This
metric reveals how well-trained your employees are and how straightforward the models they
use to do their jobs. The simplicity of the models is also highlighted. It is necessary to bring
the model into "compliance" with all applicable laws and regulations before it can be used.
Put simply; this is the definition of "compliance." Some model implementations may have
peculiar needs not shared by others. If this model were implemented, new regulations and
standards would be drafted (Odun-Ayo et al.,2019).
